They constantly consistently deliver mail to the wrong house and the lady was too lazy to deliver my package that was too big for my mailbox to my front door so they left a note for me to come pick it up or redeliver my package. They are lazy.

Mail man never called or ringed the bell,I was specifically waiting for the delivering this parcel( was tracking on line,at 7am was for delivery,but mail man left notice
for failled delivery at 10.30am) I didnot know exact timming when the carrrier would arrive,he entered and left the notice in mail room,that nobody is home.So,does he not get paid for ringing bell and delivering a package? I would have came 10 stairs down,(all morning waiting for the package.)This is constantly repaeting carrier behaviour in such kind of instances for registered mail or packages.

This place lost my package and kept telling me they forgot to scan the tracking and hopefully it will show up down the line later. NEVER going to use this place again. One star, is way to much as it’s more like -5 stars.

I purchased online and felt scammed since there was no clear email so I called the 127 Annex and Joe picked up.
Tone was calm, he was patient and polite.
I didn’t have a tracking number but he still checked my mails and upon returning I had the number.
Joe checked several times and found out the carrier has my package to be delivered.
Great job Joe!

ZERO CARE, Rude, loose mail all the time. Marked “couldn't be delivered” automatically without stopping and ringing the door bell. Also don’t drop off your mail here, you’ll be better off going to ups store that accepts usps.

NEVER had a problem with the 127th annex, period! Every time I've called for an inquiry to pick something up, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond even calling another branch and calling me back withing 10mins.I mail packages overseas constantly and EVERYTHING has always arrived intact and is scanned and shipped by days end of having dropped it off.I mean, it's a Post Office, so normally I wouldn't even leave a review, but in seeing all the negatives, I felt I should post about my positive experiences, (which are over 100) in the last year.I can't help but wonder how many of the negative reviews were left my "Karen's?"Keep up the good work all!

Don't just drop off any packages here. Make sure they are scanned in! Three days after leaving a package (because the place does not always have a person accepting packages) there is no movement on my tracking number. Who knows what happened to it!
