I bought my iPhone 14 pro max thru the Verizon app and decided to express pick it up at this location. Jatin was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything and made the phone storage transfer seamless! I initially thought I wanted to transfer everything on my own when I got home but I ended up doing the process in store and it didn’t take too long. I was able to buy a new phone case while waiting for my phones to finish processing.
