Today was not a good experience! I have them push my pizza back for me in oven every time because I like it crispy. They did not do that today. Which I did not now until I got home. The cashier was extremely rude! She was trying to go home & I understand that but if she couldn't have me put my telephone number in. Than why did she take me. It will be a long time before I order from there again!! Very rude!

When I ordered my pizza I ask for no tomatoes and ask for onions and they still put tomatoes on it and didn't put onions on it so yea plus paid 22 dollars for a pizza yea not happy....

I picked up 4 pizzas tonight, the staff were super friendly. The pizza maker offered to carry my pizzas out to the car. The cashier was super friendly. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much for the superior attention to detail. The pizzas were amazing to. Great customer service.

I stop in at this Casey's every time I come to Lena, where here lately has been often due to my mother's health. Each time I stop here, the workers could not be any more rude. Tonight I stopped in and the chip reader was not working on the 1st machine, the employee just kept repeating her rude self saying, "it's the machine, nothing I can do. Keep trying." I suggested the 2nd machine and the same problem happened at that machine. She again proceeded to rudely repeat herself, "it's the machine. There is nothing I can do." So how about get the machines looked at so we don't have to stand there for 10 mins trying different cards. She said she couldn't swipe it or help in any way, Really? How frustrating. How about customer service? How about treating the people that keep your doors open with a little better respect!
