Read before you do business with this company. They are quick to come do estimates seam like a knowledgeable and good person and you'll get a good price. You agree to have them do the job they Want half of money up front to start when can you start "soon" you'll hear soon alot never a round about time just soon. Ok can I have blueprints so I can dig to save some money yeah no problem. Week goes by they cash your check still no blueprints after about a dozen requests still none "blueprints". I told him about the blueprints nothing. One day you see some random lines painted on the ground no door knock not on cameras lines say 4 ft wide set ends no depth. I don't build houses, additions etc I guess your suppose to magically know how deep still no blueprints. After 4 months I've given up at this point I called to cancel on a Thursday oo were gonna be there Monday or Tuesday ok great I get a call very next day we're going to come today ok 2 hours later your footings aren't deep enough I never received blueprints. It'll be ready Monday so I rented an Excavator ready to go Monday morning waited no show Tuesday waited no show so I called to cancel o they'll call you no they dodge you with a email. Everyone wants to blame someone else for there short comings. So a life lesson do give them a dime until they got some skin it the game. I got 120'x4' hole and nothing done. Karma is a ..... the world tends to sort it out. I gave them 13500 getting back 12600 because of there lack of communication. So they stole 900 buck from me for 4 months of nothing . Hire at your own risk if you want good communication it's not sold here if you like games and giving money away they'll sign you up any concrete guy out there want to work message me . Lies I have 3 total reviews on goggle and all facts the skills not the problem x y and z are need on all blueprints if you can get one u have no clue little girl what your talking about keep answering phone and pecking away on that computer give me some more b,s, I got all day .
UPDATE Still no refund check been almost a month said they sent out 8/13/24 as of 8/29/24 still nothing keep playing games if I don't have in the next few days you'll be hearing from my attorney your call Thanks

If I could give more than 5 stars on the dumpster rental, I sure would! This by far has been the easiest and cheapest dumpster rental that I have ever done. Everyone from the office ladies to the drop off have been kind and professional. Quinn even had availability in their schedule and brought it out early for us, without cutting into our rental time. Thank you for renting out dumpsters and servicing my area. You all rock on customer service, transparency, and prices!

Amazing staff,unbelievable beauty in craftsmanship, the go to for all building and remodeling needs. Absolute best thereis hands down!!! Also has storage units with pest control included. Awesome units, never leak or flood even with the heavy rains and harsh storms we've had lately. Both of my units are completely dry!!

Thank you Quinn Construction! We were having difficulty finding someone in the Freeport area to install railings on the garage steps into the home required for an upcoming surgery. Called Quinn on Thursday pm and they came out Friday pm to build/install the railings!! Both Donnie and Roberto were very professional and did an excellent job-the railings are very sturdy and look great too! Most definitely would highly recommend Quinn!!

The company started off strong; great communication, open discussions and timely work. As the remodel continued the communication as virtually nonexistent. Plastic was not hung to prevent dust and dirt from spreading to rooms outside the remodel, wood floors were not covered etc. After numerous texts and messages that went without a response to address several outstanding tasks, we sent an email listed on the website. Long story short, a crew came to our home to repair the items not completed and/or not pleased with; including damage to newly purchased items. We were told the items would be replaced; that was over 2 months ago and we still have not received the replacement. The crew was to clean as well, again, did not happen. After living in our home for a little over 2 months we are continuing to find items that were not completed in a quality manner.Services: Remodelling

Free and timely estimates. Great quality of craftsmanship and very easy to work with. Prompt and efficient. Many references available. Ken and Chris are always available for questions even after hours. Employees are very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful.
