Had to tow a junked car to a new location. It was a LOT of work to get it done. Kevin was friendly and upbeat throughout. Service was prompt and the price very reasonable. Would highly recommend for towing needs.

We were rear ended in Central Illinois while visiting on a Friday Night and these guys came out first thing Saturday Morning to tow our car all the way back to Ohio (over 400 miles) where we're from-- on a Holiday weekend nonetheless! He had the car at our requested shop first thing Monday morning when they opened. 100/10 would recommend these guys. We worked directly with the owner and have nothing but great things to say about him and his company.Service: Long distance hauling

I request road side assistance through my insurance and they chose Birds Towing. I was stuck in a really scary situation and Adam was more than amazing at helping my son and I and getting us to where we needed to go! He was very nice and worked fast to get us relocated. Have used Bird's services on several occasions( I have terrible luck with vehicles apparently) and have always been happy with the price and the level of service. Support your locally owned, family businesses whenever possible!!

My sister and I were stranded on an interstate in central Illinois on a cold Sunday morning. We had contacted AAA and OnStar for assistance. For over three hours we waited. The first vendor dispatched by OnStar was a complete no show after being extremely condescending on the phone. Bird's was dispatched as a replacement by OnStar. Their driver, Kevin, contacted us for more info about location and needs as he was en route. He was very professional. We advised him that Illinois State Police had provided some guidance and we had contacted one of their recommended vendors, who was already on the way. Kevin asked that we call if/when that other vendor arrived, or he would continue to our location to assist. How wonderful was that?!?! The other vendor did arrive and we notified Kevin. He told us he would then turn around and go home. He is truly an asset and we would highly recommend Bird's if you have needs in central Illinois!
