This store goes above and beyond! I ordered a grill from Ace and had it delivered. John R called before the delivery to make sure everything was still set. He and Julian showed up about 30 mins later with the grill, and it was assembled and ready to go! I was so happy it was already put together, which I wasn’t expecting!
John R and Julian were both very professional, kind and delivered not only the grill, but quality service as well. Kudos to them both and to Ace for hiring such great employees!

I love Libertyville Ace Hardware on 137. The staff is always very helpful. Today I bought a vacumn cleaner. He helped me understand everything about it and put it together.

The Libertyville Ace Hardware is awesome. They had a sale on 40lb bags of topsoil this weekend for just $1.50/bag. And, they loaded it in my car for me. Excellent customer service!

ALWAYS excellent help and advice. Service desk is outstanding. Been going here since 1965. My dog LOVES it to as he is adored and fed treats by staff each time he shops with me.
