I stopped by to purchase windshield wipers. I was not sure of the size so I asked for assistance only to be given the wrong size for the right side. I thought something was wrong w/wiper handle. it ended up being to big of a size, for the passenger side ?♂️

Good store but some bad customer service. Today when I asked to look at some parts before buying them, the worker refused and said he wouldn’t bring them out without me purchasing them. He said he wasn’t going to waste time in looking for something that I may or not buy. He then told me he didn’t have time to bring me the parts because he had other calls to take and left me waiting until I left.

Unfortunately not the smartest operation. Came back to the location to return a car battery and was the only customer that came inside. I placed a heavy battery on the table and the employee took an incoming call and made me wait without any remarks. Then to the operational problem. Purchased a marine battery here and was told to bring back to court for some kind of refund. Took my time and bringing it back due to COVID-19, but when finally attempting to do so, I was told that I never purchased anything because my phone number did you register in the system. So possibly because of an operational issue on their end, I wasted my time to get an insignificant amount of money back. It’s a shame to see poor customer service as a customer. I do not recommend doing business with declining companies that don’t appreciate their customers and don’t honor their commitments.

The management here is so shady. I have been trying for over 9 months to get my parts or my $2651.00 back to my credit card. The DM at for the Mundelein store is so unprofessional! He swears at you F*** this F*** that and REFUSES to acknowledge the concerns of the patrons. This store and its employees were involved in shady activity that my order got caught up in (among many others). The employees have been fired, ALL of them. However, the worst employee I have dealt with is their DM Sergio. OMG he has NO management skills at all. His exact words just a few moments ago are " I am not dealing with this F***** S*** on a Friday." then proceeded to tell me We weren't getting our money back because we didn't take his deal??? His deal was to charge us 20% restocking fee. We refused and wanted our parts...they can't produce them!!!!! I have called 14 times and left numerous messages. He will not give me my parts or money!!! They are joking right?? No they are not!! I have been dealing with this for MONTHS!!! Seriously? That is how they talk to the patrons and do business? Ok, bad customer service is one thing but stealing is just over the top!! When I mean bad CS I mean HORRIBLE. The worst I have ever received in all the years I have dealt with any companies. I have NEVER wrote a bad review in my life. But enough is enough. They had internal theft going on and I am not going to suffer the consequences. I will not stop until they are investigated, give my money back or give me all my part $2651.00 in parts to be exact.Next is the BBB, Yelp, Google and Channel 5 news. I am dead serious too. you can't steal peoples money and get by with it. I promise I won't stop. Its a principal thing now, Just deplorable, rude, unethical and against the law, I will update this if I get any more feedback. As a note there is one good employee there that is kind and has GREAT CS skills!! His name is Nester. I don't suggest you go to this store but if you do see him. DO NOT deal with the DM ,Sergio!! I would assume, based on his responses and temperament he was part of the scandal but somehow saved his hide/job. I am taking this all the way to the top and I have 14 documented times we have tried to get this resolved.!!!

My car's battery had a bad cell and needed replacement after almost 5 years. That's understandable. I purchased a battery online for pickup at this location specifically because they advertise free battery installation as a service provided on their website. When I picked up my battery I was informed that they, in fact, do not provide installation services. Now I'm stuck waiting for the refund back to my credit card for this purchase, and I still need to get a battery for my car to make sure that it won't die again at a travel stop on the Ohio turnpike. Fix the website and don't advertise services that you don't actually provide. Very disappointed.
