Brought my vehicle in with smoking and engine issues. Was charged $400 in diag. to be told I needed an engine and it was going to cost me over $17k. When asked for a technical reason to what was wrong, none was given. When asked if a compression test was done, none was done. When asked to perform one, none was done. I took my car to a more reputable shop and was told the turbo had failed. Luckily I had the turbo replaced at the shop in the past and it was under warranty. I recommend people in the future question the repairs they need and I recommend the shop send their technicians and service advisors back to school. I'll never recommend this shop to anyone, and am recommending my family stop using them.

I brought my car in to Auto Lab for an oil change. As part of their inspection, they recommended new tires (car had 40k miles) and provided a quote. I brought the car back a month later and they changed the tires at the quoted price. Altogether, I found Auto Lab to be transparent, honest, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car care company.

Very professional staff, I had a huge repair that needed to be done. Quick service, very great pricing, never felt pressured and the best part is they were always answering all my questions and updating me frequently. I highly recommend their oil change services because they send you a detailed report on the status of your car, which is very useful. Ask for Yony he was great to work with, highly recommend!

We recently switched our car service from the dealership to Auto Lab, and we couldn’t be happier. The customer service is excellent. I always get a kind person on the phone who answers my questions without making me feel stupid, schedules me quickly-often the same day- and repairs my car expertly at a reasonable price. They even rinsed out one of my kids’ smoothie cups so it didn’t make the vehicle stink terribly. Customers for life.
