On multiple occasions we have experienced cold and unhelpful customer service. This bank lacks the fundamental basics that most banks provide in today's banking world. It has no 24 hour customer service, no ATMs that allow deposits, no extended bank hours, etc. However, they are extremely quick to assess late fees.

They allowed a fraudulent charge to go through on my debit card. After I showed them the supporting documents they still allowed it to go through. They allowed a charge for my service dog (illegal) and also discriminated against me a person with a disability. They told me if I didn't like it to post it on social media so I am! Yes I did alert all the authorities including the federal enforcement agencies. I figured I'd do u a favor and let you know they won't care about you either!!

I don't know why I can't find a phone number to this building anywhere on the Internet. Everything is automated and it's impossible to talk to a real person. The ATM outside this building is junk and ate my money and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone! Contact me and I might change my rating. Jerks

I am not reviewing the specific branch location but rather the online services I have used alot of banks for my businesses and I think their online services are terrible.
