I had a bumper repair and sensor recalibration done on a 2016 Civic at the Libertyville location. The work was completed a day earlier than promised and I was kept updated on the progress daily via text message. The bumper looks great and the car was completely cleaned inside and out when I arrived to pick it up. I would definitely go back here for any future body work.

Litwin and his team were wonderful. We were sent to Caliber Collision following a car accident and were so thankful. They were helpful, excellent communicators and exemplified true customer service. Plus our car looks great!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff here goes above and beyond for their customers, the manager is awesome and he was always updating me about my car. Front desk clerk named Amanda was equally amazing. I highly recommend coming here for any repair or services that they offer!

If I could give the Libertyville Caliber Collision a million stars I would!!!! Let me start out by mentioning the gal at the front desk… FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL and just an all around pleasant lady. Then we get to the manager. A++++++++ customer service. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He is an excellent communicator and is very personable!! He shook my hand (love that - very classy) and showed me my finished car with pride!! Speaking of the work done… it was beautifully executed!!! Looked so much better than when I brought it in!!! The lifetime warranty was explained by both the manager and the lady at the front desk!!!!!! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else if it needs repairs!!! A million stars and THANKS to everyone at the Libertyville Caliber Collision site!!!

Caliber Collision is a well-oiled machine. The shop communicates regularly through text to provide updates about the repair process. You can tell they want to get you back in your ride as safely and quickly as possible. Norm and Jordan are great to work with!
