Incredibly nice stay! We stayed for 4 nights for a local dog show. Location was very easy, and layout of Suites was very convenient to outside exits. Greatly appreciated the designated dog area complete with bags and garbage holder. Very helpful and considerate. Rooms, hallways exercise room and laundry were extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchens were equipped with everything needed for our short stay including toaster, microwave, and any other appliance to use if asked. So nice to have a clean laundry on site. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with a faucet and heater, they immediately had someone (Oscar) come up to investigate and he promptly and courteously handled our needs. Because of this experience we will seek out Sonesta stays in the future. Thank you!

This is a very nice hotel conveniently located. The front desk receptionist, Delaney and Melissa, were very friendly, polite, and attentive. I really appreciate what they did for me during my extended stay. They ensured my stay was perfect. Will be back and highly recommend.

1. Don't book with a third party app. Because then even if you have a bed bug or nothing works in your room you cannot cancel the reservation
2. The Internet was not working in my room. It was like 30 years ago when I was using the phone to connect and wait for it to load a website. The front desk asks us to call a number. And a racist man is the internet tech, does not help, just asks us to repeat the problem and tell us he doesn't understand. Although later the front desk asks them to call again and resolve the problem. And why do I as a customer have to debug their Internet with their techs???? Spending like an hour? this experience is so horrible. Again in a normal hotel, you would get some sincere apologies and some form of compensation, here there is nothing. And only offered to check out and forfeited pre paid 7 nights without refund...
Well it is a lesson to learn...

We stayed here for our wedding along with a majority of our wedding party. The staff was so nice. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating and able to make the big day feel super smooth. The rooms are all very spacious and comfortable. Super happy to have stayed there for our big day!

The place is very clean. Location is actually a bonus, tucked back there keeps traffic almost non-existent. The entire staff was professional. It's not luxury at the Ritz, but it is a nice clean quite hotel.
I want to thank your entire staff, you all are amazing at your job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rooms: It's top notch clean and all available amenities were all there waiting for me when I walked in. The people who clean this place do a very thorough job.

My family and I (along with 2 cats and a dog) stayed at the hotel for 5 months due to a fire at our home. The staff was always helpful and friendly and the hotel is well maintained and clean.

We stayed here for our son's graduation from boot camp. We had a kitchenette and what a great room. The location is perfect to get to the base and all the places around we're conveniently located within minutes.

This room I’m in is HORRIBLE…..!!! It smells of smoke and bug spray couch has various stains on it furniture is sub par at best. I really wouldn’t be upset if it dint cost 645$ for 3 nights! It’s also an extended stay which is always a bad sign. The ppl are nice but this place is a 1star hotel at best. Sonesta never again. Very old dirty carpet everywhere. Room service only every 7 days for 645$ a major RIP OFF!

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was a good size for our family. We did have to ask for new bedding since ours had stains on it and the floor was dirty but they were helpful to provide us with what we needed. One thing to note is that no maid service is provided.
During the few days we were there we ran into 2 separate individuals staying at the hotel that wore ankle monitors which was a concern.

Place was great! I mean it’s not a high end hotel but it’s great for what it is supposed to be. It’s a lot better than the Hampton or red roof etc. stayed there for a two day six flags trip. Has a full mini kitchen with plates and pans and fridge. I mean I don’t know but I would stay here on the road or for a day or two. I had an issue with my first room. And the lady at the front desk switched our room. Bed was very comfortable for the class of hotel. The one in Waukegan has more food options close but this is quiet and nice. Oh also allows dogs

Absolutely beautiful room with every amenity available!! I wish we had stayed for a week as the kitchen was perfect!! Lovely area to stay in, lots of shopping near by for whatever you might need. The young ladies that helped us at the desk were so personable and polite. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again! Wish there was a breakfast available for the one night stay-ers tho!
