As a customer with chase for more than a decade. I was extremely disappointed & disturbed to find that this man with a very high position with this specific branch felt he had the PRIVILEGE to humiliate and insult these women all over for social media to see. I demand that ROBERT KIDA be removed from his position immediately. Since he clearly does not believe in the value of safety during Covid. Furthermore, this concerns me as a customer who walks into this branch. Perhaps Robert should find another profession since he does not seem to accept the safety guidelines from accredited health care professionals. We do not live in a society where it is acceptable to insult women.

I applied to refinance two properties two weeks ago. No response so far. I called this branch one week ago to speak with the mortgage lending rep. Left a message - no response. Chase service is growing steadily worse. Better refinance options out there and certainly better service.

A woman with an Indian accent answered the phone and before even allowing me to explain my issue, very dryly said “I don’t even understand what you’re trying to say”. She then goes on to interrupt me multiple times, saying “You’re not listening to me.” But really, the issue was that she wasn’t taking the time to listen to me or try to help resolve my issue. I’m usually very satisfied with Chase’s customer service but I was appalled at how disrespectful and unprofessional this woman was. My issue was never resolved, or even addressed due to this woman’s inability to listen. I called another Chase location immediately after, and was taken care of by a very friendly woman who resolved my issue within not even five minutes.

Don't use the ATM here. I deposited cash from tips at work and my deposit was missing. I now have to go through their claims department and still don't have the deposit I made. That machine needs to be updated, you can tell it's older than the ATMs at other Chase locations... i usually deposit my cash from tips in Wauconda with no problems.

The service is really slow, no one seems to know what they are doing! I went to the branch in Libertyville on Cook avenue! I think I'll will just try another branch and see how they do, since there are so many branches in the area!

Every time I've been here I've had nothing but wonderful customer service and support. I've used this location for financial counseling, loan services, and transferring funds and never had a single issue. If you have to use a Chase Bank, I recommend using this location.
