Allstate customer for more than 30 years with prior Havlic team where had great service. Left 1 voicemail for Craig on 08Jan2024 still waiting for call back. Phoned office to learn no ability for them to transfer me to leave Craig a 2nd voicemail and was told as a partner he doesn’t deal in client matters. What happened to customer relations being part of the reason to choose an agent? Very disappointing.

In my opinion, beware of Allstate car insurance's suspicious and unethical practices. My premium tripled within a month, and an unprofessional team member bombarded me with emails and calls, insisting on back-to-back payments due to their head manager's policy drafting error. The service I received was unscrupulous and far from professional. Exercise caution before engaging with Allstate.

The L&T Agency provided me the best service when I had an accident where another driver hit me. They walked me through filing a claim with another insurance company and was very responsive to the many questions I had.

My name is Stephen GI called craig Takaoka Allstate Agency for my motorcycle insurance on March 2023 and spoke to Jim is one of the policy writer who made my policy and he quoted me a premium of $266 and it will be monthly payment approx of $22 for 12 monthsafter the first automatic deduction from my bank account i was surprised that they changed my premium to $306 with no logic explanation. Jim said it was a billing issue and he will fix it but i had to pay the entire balance which i did immediately so i can close this issueA month later again surprised by another email asking to pay again which in my mind i should already been paid off the entire amount owedWhen I called this guy by the name Brian who acted he owns the place and was super rude on the phone clearly saying that he would listen to the tape where Jim quoted the initial amount but still he will charge what the balance says now. Brian said that this quote was too cheap for a motorcycle and he is the only right person to talk instead of escalating the call back to jimIt means that this agency quote people to trap them to sign then charge your bank whatever they want and plus this guys is so rude about it, i regret that i give my business to this AgencyPlease people be aware of this Agency and his dirty doing to people. I cannot wait til I’m over over with this BrianAny doubt or question about what I said from Allstate agency, you have my number in the policy please call me and i will be happy to discuss further but i doubt anyone to follow up on this, just simply because howTHIS CRAIG TAKAOKA ALLSTATE AGENCY located in 1580 S Milwaukee Ave Libertyville IL handle their business

Would not recommend this office. If I could rate this office I would give zero stars. Not satisfied with the way they conduct business. They have been nothing but problems since switching over to this office. Makes me want to leave Allstate all around! Not a happy customer!

Before I switched to Craig’s agency I used to get increases every year, these guys taught me how to avoid that! Insurance can be complicated but they break it down really well, ask them how liability limits affect premium increases when you call in. Worked for me and now I don’t need to deal with a million phone calls just for shopping insurance companies. 5/5

Highly recommend. Been with this agency for over 20 years. Left to go with another insurance company for the price and I’m already back to Allstate because of the outstanding service. Megan, Brian, Diana- top notch service. The communication and explanation and responsiveness is unmatched.

Craig uses a third party agency to cold call people. You know those "we've been trying to reach you regarding your car warranty" calls everyone gets? Craig subscribes to those as a service, hoping to drum up business. This is the second time I've received a call from an "All-state agent", so not sure if this is normal practice for Allstate or just for the Chicago area.
