I have rented cars 3 times in the last year from Enterprise in Libertyville,Il.Each interaction with Shane and his team is professional, courteous and they could not be kinder.I would never think of renting from any location due to the terrific service.

The Manager, Shane, made my experience a great one! He was very informative and helpful. The staff member, Darius, went out of his way to ensure I understood the car because I had never driven a rear wheel drive car before and they drive differently on snow covered roads. He also took the time to give me some information on good restaurants in the area. Great staff and I felt well served.

10/10 would recommend! The staff here are super friendly! Darius is always very helpful. They go above and beyond. This location is the only one in the Chicago area that I have dealt with that is willing to pick me up and drop me off at the train station.

We rented at a car at O'Hare, and then found a need to extend the contract and change drivers. We went to the local branch in Libertyville to help. Shane (the branch manager) was exceedingly helpful, friendly, and professional and worked his magic to accomplish what we needed. Great customer service!

The car we rented was a Toyota RAV4 2021 was terrible and pulled to the right ,cruise control worked when it wanted to. The sound level in the car was tremendously loud. I complain to enterprise in Libertyville and they said that’s normal that I had to fight with the steering wheel around 900 miles.

These guys deserve a higher rank, I was just in an accident, very irritated and in pain and they worked with me to get me into a car and on the road. I wS upset that the info I provided with the reservation wasn't in the system and I had to waste time repeating everything but they were quick and very patient, won't go anywhere else for rental cars again.

Horrrible customer service by the manager Shane Collymore. Daniel Toofan attempted to address my vehicle needs but Shane considered it rude when I asked him not to continue his speech about how Chevrolet customers are treated when given loaner cars.I spend 30 minutes with a helpful agent on the phone who redirected my reservation nearby and apologized for the experience I had and gave me an upgrade in lieu of the Uber drive. They escalated my issue to corporate.Then Shane kept trying to call me back to the desk. I refused. I told him it was a terrible mistake he made as a manager and pointed to the sign that says the customer is priority one. He then asked me to leave the premises.I waited outside for my Uber in the rain. I don't take disrespect from people who I conduct business with and Shane needs a hard lesson in listening to the customers needs. Daniel showed more management skills than he did.

Shane Collymore was amazing and so accommodating. After the worst day ever, we were a bit late to pick up the cat and he stayed to wait for us. I can't tell you how much that saved me! And the whole time with a smile and great service. Highly recommend!!!

The counter person was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The car was clean and just what I wanted. The return (10 days later) was easy and done professionally by the Enterprise person. All in all a very good experience. I will certainly use Enterprise in the future.

Absolutely worst experience of my life!!! I would never do business with this office again. Very unprofessional and rude. I was promised a vehicle when I arrived and they had none. So they put me into a truck and said I would be compensated for the difference. So to my surprise I was charged an additional $360.00 for this wonderful experience. It also took me two hours of my time to get the vehicle. Not only did Enterprise lie to me I still after 4 weeks have not been compensated. Zero communication between Enterprise and State Farm Insurance. I have called numerous times with yet no response..... still waiting.
