This store is truly a gem in the community, with a manager who embodies kindness and knowledge, making every visit feel personal and meaningful. He provides the best service and creates a welcoming environment to learn and game in, ensuring customers feel valued and supported. He is absolutely amazing at welcoming people into the store, setting them up to paint their first minis for free, and playing easy versions of the game to spark interest. He is super knowledgeable and really fun to talk to about different aspects of the Warhammer hobby. The manager immediately makes new players feel welcomed, hooking them up with free items and showing them around. The place is always incredibly tidy, and the people are super welcoming. People seem to come by to hang out just for fun, fostering fellowship, creativity, and connection. The store runs great events with weekly and monthly updates. It is a fantastic experience and always a joy to stop in, highly recommended for both newcomers and longtime hobbyists.
It's had the books ive wanted so far and has a wall of boxes. Very cool.

The store is not close to me, but it has always been worth the extra time to make it out here. Chris, the manager, is mentioned in several of these reviews, and for good reason. He makes the atmosphere comforting that anyone, new or old, feels appreciated when they walk through the door.
