The manager immediately makes new players feel welcomed, hooking them up with free items and showing them around. The place is always incredibly tidy, and the people are super welcoming. People seem to come by to hang out just for fun, fostering fellowship, creativity, and connection. The store runs great events with weekly and monthly updates. I have purchased many sets from the store. The owner always looks happy and there's always cool events going on! My girlfriend never was interested and with the free mini he gave me on my first purchase and with the free minis of the month that I have aquired she now paints them and has fun doing so!
