Dr. Savino was very attentive and caring for my daughter’s injury.

Their front office staff is horrible. They took people before us to check in, although we signed in. Further we waited over an hour to see the doctor. This isn't the first time. Every time I have had to come I have had the longest wait. Further the PT department provides services like a buffet. You don't receive individualized care with the PT full time.

Wait times are terrible. We arrived 20 minutes early as asked and have currently waited 40 minutes to see a doctor.

I've used IBJI'S physical therapy department in Libertyville to rehabilitate from replacement of both knees, a torn bicep, rotator cuff tear repair & surgical correction of trigger finger; over the last 10 years. The therapists & assistants have always treated me with respect, compassion & utmost professionalism. I can't thank them enough for getting me through the tough times to reach the desired results.

Appointment times mean nothing to them. They expect you to be on time but are routinely 30+ minutes late. Administration needs to change.

The IBJI surgeon did a fine job. The Hawthorn Surgery Center where IBJI elects to do the the surgery is not so good. IBJI didn’t inform me of the excessive bill that would come from the Hawthorn Surgery Center! I’m also having trouble getting any detailed bill from the Hawthorn Surgery Center even after requesting one from their Billing department on the East Coast? The lady said she would email the itemized details of the nearly $90,000 bill for 3 hours at their facility. I’ve yet to see the details and can’t wait to see them. Not happy with IBJI because of their choice on location for Surgery! IBJI should pay 1/2 my out of pocket to be fair!

The Dr’s are great but they ALWAYS over book and are ALWAYS late. I have been here for new injuries, rechecks, post ops, and the story is always the same. Your Dr. is running 30 min late which is code for, your Dr. is 60 min late. It doesn’t matter what time your appointment is during the day, there’s a 99% chance they are late. MDs don’t spend that much time with you as well. They typically send in the P.A. and then the MD comes in for a minute. It’s sad as they are gifted surgeons but their business model sucks. My advice, shop around for another Ortho that values your time

Danielle (one of the PT’s) was extremely rude and continuously made sarcastic horrible statements despite a serious injury. Front desk and rest of staff were kind.

Running 45 minutes late and counting. Reception area staff are rude. The appointment line staff was also very rude.

I’ve had 3 shoulder surgeries this year and the physical therapy at libertyville have been great. They have made me feel safe and are always kind. From the women at the front to my wonderful therapists. Healing is a long journey thanks Ill. bone and joint rehab libertyville for helping me.
