Only one person ever checking people out. It's taken me over 30 minutes to get checked out the last few times I've been there. They're clearly short staffing to save the company money, and the customers are paying the price

How hard is it to literally just have in stock what you say you have online. Not once have I gotten a perfect order where something didn’t need to be substituted or was out of stock. Then you get to wait for a whole week to get your money back for stuff they said they had in the first place. Also it’s not just this jewel Osco it’s all of them. Nevermind the fact when I go to pick up my order and decide to just take my infant in the store, the things that were out of stock are right there… plain as day. Why offer a service to just be lazy about it???

Didn't like it at all. Nothing is clear. Some inconvenient and uncomfortable store. The website shows that the product is available in the store, but it is not there. And there won't be a photo because I wanted to get out of it as soon as possible.

Went with my husband to get groceries and when asked for an ID the cashier wouldn’t allow him to use his drivers license since it was a month expired. He explained that he has renewed online and the new one hasn’t been sent yet. She still would not take the Id even though it clearly states his age. I unfortunately didn’t have my ID on me. And on top of the cashier having no common sense she decided to tell us that it was to bad I didn’t have my ID because “my husband wasn’t obvious but she could tell I was old”. No common sense and so rude. I didn’t say anything to the cashier but left the store frustrated and angry.

“Fresh squeezed juice “ most of it is 3 days old. I’m pretty sure, their orange juice is diluted. Will stick with Mariano’s for that one.

I had a last minute problem with the flowers I had ordered for a baby shower in Kenosha. My daughter in law lives near here and told me they have great flowers. They saved the day and sprayed flowers blue for me so we could stay on theme. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The compliments I got about these flowers were more than I have ever received. The flowers were so fresh and the price was so reasonable too!!

As far as produce freshness, I always find shopping at Jewel hit or miss. Such was the experience today. The Cotton Candy grapes were all showing their age just one step to being a jelly ingredient. As too were the cherries. Tomatoes on the Vine were more orange than red. There were only a small quantity of honey crisp apples and seemed to be there only because they were inferior quality. "Giant" blueberries were more pea sized than plump. The peppers are 99¢ each were priced as each and not by the pound because of their tiny size.Don't get me wrong, there are some good buys at Jewel, such as the 99¢/lb chicken. But for produce, I usually find myself looking elsewhere.

This location does not give their employees fair pay, nor do they give good hours. I've heard horror stories of employees getting scheduled to work until midnight and then 8am the next morning. Management here makes sure no one works enough to get benefits. I know people that quit after working here for years and made less than new employees. Food is decent but overpriced. They also put up signs saying "Clearance!" and then the sale price is either a penny less, or the exact same price. They also intentionally make the soda section sales confusing because they know some people will buy from different vendors and not notice that they didn't get the sale price. Do not shop here, the management does not care about the customers and even less about the employees.

Location to purchase an I-Pass. Took nearly ten minutes for someone to help us at customer service.
