If I could give no stars I would. My boyfriend and I came in to see the trade in value of a ‘22 ford Maverick would be. Also to see what they could offer in terms of a lower monthly payment/interest rate. I would’ve rather been told that they could not help me than what they did. I spoke with Guadeloupe over email, Suzy on the phone, Armi with an appointment but was ultimately helped by Jesse. Jesse was aware of our intentions when we came into the liberty auto city at 4:30pm, as I thought that if I made it clear I was looking for help that I would not be taken advantage of. He took our keys just about the time we got there and we did not get our keys back until 8pm. He showed us a Subaru that looked like it would fit everything we were looking for but gave us no clear trade in value for the ford ever. He allowed us to test drive this Subaru, which he sat in the back seat did not talk to us about the features of the car at all and had us make four right turns. He then told us that the Subaru would have a higher monthly payment of almost $200 so we made it clear that this would not interest us and we would stick with the maverick. It was at this point the man who seemed to be the finance manager came over and told us he was going to run my boyfriends credit and see what estimates he could give us. He did a hard pull on his credit four times and really tried to force our hand into trading for a newer Subaru, we were not even offered a test drive of this newer Subaru model. At no point durning this consultation did I see any real, printed numbers. He asked for his social and insurance without even having us test drive the car. Again there were no clear numbers given on what the trade in value was, what my negative roll over equity would have been, or what my new car payment would’ve been on a car that we weren’t even offered a test drive for. I would also just like to be clear that I asked for these numbers, for printed out value of the maverick, how much negative equity we would be in and also the monthly payments and their responses each time were vague and unclear. I understand that Jesse is a car salesman but he did not have to waste so much time trying to con us into a car, we just wanted a hard appraisal. We ended up leaving with the maverick we came in with thankfully but it was upsetting that there was a hard pull on our credit and that everything about this interaction was unprofessional and trying to take advantage of us. We learned the hard way but I just hope I can save other people from this experience.

If you are looking to buy a new Subaru, look no further. Daijon, Ron and Rich are very friendly, treat you like family, and made the car buying experience seemless. When compared to other dealers, Liberty City Subaru will give you a deal. The quote I received via email was the price in the finance office, no surprises. I was contacted over the phone by Dijon, who found the vehicle I was looking for the right price. When I came in to the dealership I worked with Damian who was a very professional salesman who was not pushy at all. Then I worked with Neil who finalized the financing. All in all everyone one was very personable and professional. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone!!

What an excellent dealership with awesome people! Eduardo, Neil and Rich treated us like family! They went out of their way to answer all of our questions and were very sensitive to our concerns. They were all very patient and no pressure whatsoever from any of the staff. We purchased a 2023 Forester and we could not be happier! My husband and I could both see that this is a well managed dealership with a genuinely friendly staff that enjoy what they do. Customer service is superior! James Flores went above and beyond to need all my needs.My experience with the staff at Subaru Libertyville from start to finish was top notch. From test driving and learning about my lease options, to the sales process, to the demonstration of the features of the Subaru Ascent, I can honestly say I have not been more pleased with a dealership. Every member of the staff that I encountered was attentive, kind, and happy to be there. Having 3 children along for the decision-making process is rough in itself and the staff was accommodating, inclusive and assisted with entertaining my children so that I could focus on the task at hand. If you are looking for a place that has honest people and genuinely care about their client, look no further. James Flores, Tommy Ring and the gentleman that showed me how to navigate the features on my new vehicle were great to work with.Lastly, I enjoy the Ascent more than any vehicle I have owned! I wish I had made this decision sooner. It is roomy, the steering is smooth, has features for days, and is safe!

This place is a joke!! I ordered a part online (window visor) which took three weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived it was the wrong side. I called department which told me the did sent the wrong part and to return it at my cost for a refund.Just received email today stating that part is not returnable and that if I want it back I would have to pay for shipping again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!Their response: The status of your order has changed and we wanted to keep you up to date:Thank you for your order. We received a return from you, it is an electrical item. Electrical items are non-returnable, we cannot give you credit back and if you would like this back you would need to pay for the return freight back to you.

We were very interested in a Toyota Corolla from this dealership. We talked with a wonderful salesman, Frank, and he helped us a lot in our selection of the car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!This dealership completely scammed me. They charged me 418 dollars for a repair that didn't fix my vehicle. Got home from the dealership and the same light went back on. They refused to refund me even the 250 dollar diagnostic fee and said that I will need to take it elsewhere. Now i'm out over 400 dollars and my vehicle is still broken. Avoid taking your car here if possible!

Liberty Subaru is an authorized dealer in Costco car purchase program. The savings from the program were incredible. The service quality of Liberty was super and excellent. Everyone including the sales manager and sales advisor was eager to help. Thanks to Rich, Charles, Dejon, and Michael!
