If you have 2 weeks or more to wait and want to be overcharged and treated rudely, then this is the place to go for service! That's all I care to say, because if I give all details regarding my experience it will not be pleasant!

Our car broke down on the interstate on our way through town (only half way through an 8 hour trip with two kids under 10). The service department gave us the number for a very nice and helpful tow service and when we arrived they got us right in. They diagnosed and repaired our vehicle same day and got us back on the road. Great customer service!

Arturo was my salesperson and he never pressured me in any way. I had done months of research on this vehicle and actually, their asking price for a LOADED 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon was right on the money! I didn't get as much for my trade as I would have liked but it was about what I could have sold it for outright so I saved on taxes. All in all, I I would highly recommend this dealership. I LOVE my Jeep!

If zero was an option that's what would be given. Made an appointment to come in and have my lease vehicle appraised. I informed Daijon that my ford edge st was a lease. I was in formed after speaking to Mario that they are unable to appraise my vehicle. After looking at numbers, which Mario NEVER showed me, I was inform there are alot of incentives especially due to my employee discount however, the price was still ridiculously high to lease a Grand Cherokee. Not a good experience.

I went to this dealer for oil change since the dealer by me couldn’t get me in for over 2 weeks! My service advisor was Steve F. He was very respectful & courteous. My vehicle was ready within the hour as he stated. I had great service. Thank you!

Terrible experience. I called in advance to look at a vehicle, as it's a 1.5hr drive for me to this dealership. On the phone, I even stated I could offer a deposit... the girl on the phone, stated that the dealer does not take deposits (I called at 12/noon). She did confirm the vehicle was available and that she will notify the manager to keep it aside. I asked her to please confirm one more time that the vehicle was indeed available. She confirmed it was available.I drove 1.5hrs to the dealership. Only to be told the vehicle was sold early that morning.Inadvertently another person told me it was sold the day before. Either way, the individual on the phone obviously didn't check if the vehicle was actually available. I spoke to the floor manager, who told me that he has another similar vehicle and would work with me on the price. The car I was looking at was fully loaded, leather seats and low miles, and pristine condition. What they bring out is a beat-up old jeep, with high miles, rattling engine, and multiple areas of dents, scratches, and rust. So, this is what they think of me and my time. Instead of offering a vehicle which is comparable or even more expensive. In which case the conversation would be respectful, and we could work something out... I complained to the manager that I felt disrespected, and lied to, by the phone representative and now they are insulting me by showing me a run-down garbage of a car.At that point the manager asked me to leave the store. Unbelievable. Pure bait and switch tactic. Disrespectable of my time and value.

My Service Advisor, Jim was a pleasure to work with. Honest, up front expectation of the repair timing of my vehicle. Called with updates throughout and got it ready for pick up before the quoted time. I wish I lived closer to use your Service Department for future maintenance, and highly recommended to anyone in the area.

This place is a joke!! I ordered a part online (window visor) which took three weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived it was the wrong side. I called department which told me the did sent the wrong part and to return it at my cost for a refund.Just received email today stating that part is not returnable and that if I want it back I would have to pay for shipping again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!Their response: The status of your order has changed and we wanted to keep you up to date:Thank you for your order. We received a return from you, it is an electrical item. Electrical items are non-returnable, we cannot give you credit back and if you would like this back you would need to pay for the return freight back to you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!This dealership completely scammed me. They charged me 418 dollars for a repair that didn't fix my vehicle. Got home from the dealership and the same light went back on. They refused to refund me even the 250 dollar diagnostic fee and said that I will need to take it elsewhere. Now i'm out over 400 dollars and my vehicle is still broken. Avoid taking your car here if possible!

I must say, other than the experience I enjoyed purchasing my wife's Cadillac Escalade, one only rarely feels zero stress in the purchase of a used vehicle. Daijon, Kip and my new friend Chris made the whole process pain free. I got a very good deal and felt confident they wanted to give me their best. Liberty Auto City Chicago is top notch, I would highly recommend and even encourage anyone interested in a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Subaru to reach out to them and get it done. Awesome group of people, Go Liberty!!!!Gavin

Fair warning to anyone wanting to buy from Liberty City Auto Subaru aka SubaruPartsWholesale - DON'T DO IT!!!! You are better off shopping at your local NAPA or AutozoneHere is our experience: Ordered the following on April 13, 2023 1:44pm from SubaruPartsWholesale.com for a total of $187.56, including the $20.52 in shipping cost: Disc Brake Pad Set (Front)Disc Brake Pad Set (Rear)Serpentine BeltItems shipped USPS on April 17, 2023 from Liberty Auto City Subaru out of Libertyville, IL which is the dealership using SubaruPartsWholesale as a store front. The ordered items were orignally set to be delivered on April 20, 2023, due to no fault of the dealership but instead the fault with USPS, they bounced around the U.S. and finally delivered on April 27, 2023. At this point very happy to finally have the items orderded. Then we opened enormous box and that's when the nightmare started. They packed those three items in a box that was obvisously too big,by about 4x too big, with no packing material, no tape on the indivual items packaging. The rear brakes that were ordered and come out of their package just banging around each other during shipping which resulted indamage to the brake pads.Called them the same day around 1P.M.(April 27th) and spoke to Josh - said he would send RMA to send the damanged pads back and would send replacements once he saw the the return was on it's way. So far, feeling alrightof this being resolved adequately. Mailed the rear brakes back to them the very next day (April 28th) and USPS had it scanned into the system for shipping by noon. Our replacments should now be on the way to us since they can see the others coming back to them....Right....Wrong. We didn't receive an email about a new tracking number as we were told we would receive so we called them back on May 1, 2023 around 5:30P.M. After being on hold for a long time and be transferred and transfered mulitpletimes, finally in parts answered and would not give their name but did say that Josh was gone for the day. Gave this fellow the story and the original order number and he looked it up and saw the note that Josh had made about sending the replacment rear pads once he saw movement on the RMA. This fellow then tells us that he is not able to do anything but will leave a note for Josh to see in the morning the next dayabout there being movement on the RMA and to send the rear pads. At this point our return had made it from Texas to Indiana. Finaly got a name at the end of the call and this was Chris. Now we are to May 3, 2023, about 3 weeks from order date, still no email with new tracking number, spoke to Josh and he acknowledged that he got the note left by Chris on Monday but he couldn't remember which set ofpads were damanged in shipping so he did nothing. We explained again that they were for the rear, so far Josh has not followed through with anything that he said he would do and we are in dire need of this part since the current pads are at or below 2mm of wear. Said he would get them in the mail and send us the tracking number. By 5:30P.M. no email from Josh with a tracking number, called and left a message for the GM of the dealership explaining that nothing has happened in almost 1 week except for me doing my part and returning the damanged parts promptly. Now let's enter a third person at Liberty Auto City Subaru to add to this nightare of an experience. This time the name is Armi, and she is in the Business Development Center - she called us - and truly seems to care about the horrible service we have received and plans to rectify it because customer satisfication is their #1 goal. It feels so promising...but surprise...another let down. The only thing that Armi did was tell them to mailthe parts, oh and let's go ahead and mail the same ways as before using USPS even though the customer has been waiting almost a month, is frustrated, knowing that it took 2 weeks to be delivered by USPS, and none of this situation was due to anything on the customer but origninated with poor packaging by the Par
