I was recently recommended here by a friend. I needed a car and I was helped promptly and greatly. It was a fast painless process. Quentin gets the 5 stars, I would recommend him and his wonderful polite service to anyone. I plan to be a repeat customer. If you buy a car from here ask for Quentin, he will do you righteous to say the least. I would give Libertyville Nissan a 6 star if I could.

came in for a battery problem and was told battery was good,the bald freddy kruger guy in service laughed out loud about my warranty expiring soon for my battery replacement. paper floor mats was not used left my floor mats muddy and also left scuff marks/scratches the passenger door . weird and racist and don’t go here !!!!0 stars!!

The staff at Libertyville Nissan are very professional and really work with their customers to get them into a car. They even follow up with you to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this place.

Buying a new car is always a mixed bag of feelings. On one hand you are excited and on the other nervous. Picking Libertyville Nissan was the best choice ever. Thanks to Mo and Ricardo new car purchase was a stress free experience. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new car. They were very professional and patient with us. I highly recommended this team if you are looking for a new car.

I just traded in a used vehicle for a newer used vehicle.The transaction went extremely smoothly thanks to the professional courtesy of sales reps Simon and Charlie. They were both efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable and made it a smooth and relatively quick transaction. Also a shout out to the Sales Manager who came through with a very fair trade value for my trade in vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate doing future business with this dealer.

From the moment I drove in, my Service Rep Dave put me right at ease. He listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly throughout the 3 hour visit. He checked in with updates at just the right time. They did a phenomenal job with the car wash despite my cluttered interior. As a 20+ year customer of Nissan, I am happy to have found a dealership near my new home I can trust!

I bought a used Toyota from Q at Liberty Nissan in October. It was a pleasant experience at the time of purchase. That is, until the overpowering smell of air freshener faded. The smell is straight up cigarette smoke, which was not disclosed to me at any time before I bought the car. I have tried sprinkling baking soda, letting it sit and vacuuming it up myself. I drive with the windows down and leave them down when I park in my garage - the smell is still there.There were also 2 separate keys to the car (one to turn the ignition and one to unlock the doors), but Q assured me I could go and get the key reprogrammed at a Toyota dealer for about $30-50. When I went to the dealer they told me that reprogramming the key would require wiping and resetting the car's whole computer system, and would be no less than $700.I called Q about these issues over a month ago. He told me that week that he had passed my number to a sales manager named Adam Finley, which I have no reason to doubt. I waited 3 weeks, no call, so I called the dealership and left a message for him myself. That was a week ago.It's a shame, because I've given a lot of benefit of the doubt. I get that stuff happens. But there are many ways they could make this right and leave me with a more pleasant taste in my mouth after making such a big purchase... And a month of passing me along and dodging my calls leaves me thinking I got duped.

I had a very troubling experience at Libertyville Nissan during a recent attempt to buy out my son's car lease. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into an ordeal, thanks to the dealership's staff, including the general manager, manager’s assistant and a salesperson. Instead of the expected standard fees, they tacked on an extra $2,000 to the cost. This was in stark contrast to the reasonable charges we later found at Arlington Nissan for the same service.When I questioned these unexpected charges, seeking clarity and fairness, I was met with unprofessional behavior. The staff, rather than explaining their pricing, resorted to using profanities. This not only demonstrated a lack of professionalism, but also made me question the ethical practices at Libertyville Nissan.For anyone looking for a reputable and straightforward car dealership, I would recommend heading over to Arlington Nissan instead. They provided us with a transparent and fair experience, which was a welcome change from what we encountered at Libertyville Nissan.

My salesman was Q. Pleasure working with him. He made the whole process quick and painless. We were in and out. The Finance guy John was also great and quick. Thank you guys. I also wanted to mention the General Manager Steve. He came out and personally thanked us for the purchase. Overall one of the greatest experiences at the dealership. Keep doing what you’re doing! ?

When I bought my car at Libertyville Nissan, I was verbally promised 2 years of free service. On the 3rd six-month service appt, they said the free service ended after one year and charged $70. Will not give them my business again.

My husband and I went to Liberty Nissan to buy a new car. We did our research online and contacted the dealership when we knew what we wanted. We set an appointment through text and meet Ricardo when we arrived. We were able to test drive the cars we were considering. After that, we negotiated a price we could live with without too much hassle. We were in and out in about two and a half hours. Overall, this was as good of an experience buying a car that you car have.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Nissan Rogue Sport. I felt no pressure with this buy. Everyone was pleasant and nice. They acknowledge me immediately when I enter through the doors. My salesperson was excellent. Ava spoke clearly. She asked questions about what I was looking for. She took her time and showed and demonstrated the vehicle ability. She explained what to expect from this car, safety, and its design. The manager also explained my options to buy, what I qualified to buy. He was attentive, nice easy to talk too, gave me attention. Finance manager was kind and explained with a clear word about what I should know about interest on the loan. He spoke with truth, and I appreciate it. I was also amazed with how the Finance manager did not waste time and completed the finance paperwork within 45 minutes. In all my years of buying a car, I have never come across a finance manager who wait time was under an hour. In the past my experience with wait time was more than 3 hours and it was efficient. Thank you! I most definitely recommend a Nissan dealership. The cars are of superior quality, and they concern themselves with safety. I am pleased with my new purchase. Thank you all!

I have been with liberty for over a year now. They have been nothing but kind to me. Charlie was my sales guy and he was able to work with me figure out numbers and get me in the car I wanted. Liberty Nissan has been amazing ever since I purchased my first vehicle. Buying was an easy process and any questions I’ve had in the past year have been answered. I recently had a flat tire and they patched my tire for free when they could’ve easily told me to buy a new one. I really trust this dealership!
