I purchased an amp tried to get a replacement for it the product was not made correctly it stopped working as I proceeded to take it off so I can get a warranty the technical support team David Lee told me that it happened to be physical damage and not a defect so now I am out of an amp never had an experience like this all they saw was pictures didn't want to help me out and now I am out of an amp today they lost me as a customer and I hope no one buys there cheap products to many problem I knew I should've bought something else lesson learned!! David was no help zero stars from me

Purchased zrx516.2 through reseller due to it listing twin 30a fuses on a two channel both on their website and in the user manual. When amp arrived it was equipped with a single 30a fuse and couldn't possibly do rated power.

I had a 1750.1 Hifonics brutus elite super D class mono block amp i had an issue with and WOW!!!!! What a wonderful customer service exp ...... Armando in the tech department was very knowledgeable and very helpful..... he helped me with my issue quickly and was very courteous and friendly about everything ..... Thank you so much
