I purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from them. While test driving we heard a noise and they had me fill out a WE OWE certificate stating that they will fix what the noise is found out to be. Everyone signed this document and somehow I was never given a copy of it, after they said they would put it in with my paperwork. Their mechanic said it was a wheel bearing and they fixed it. My mechanic said the wheel bearing was never replaced and the serpentine belt also needed to be replaced. The cost is a little less than $1,000 and I am a single mom and I do not have that kind of money, so now it is sitting in my driveway, while I make payments on a car we cannot drive. I was upset, as this is a car for my children, and they put their safety at risk and lied to me! They will not return my calls, or emails.

Everyone at this dealership is super friendly & very helpful. I test drove five different cars over two days and never felt rushed. This is my first luxury car & they answered all my questions & put my mind at ease. I mainly worked with Juan & Trent for my lease & test drives and the manager, Alex. The service department also has hours on Sundays which will make routine maintenance easier to accommodate my busy work schedule.

Bad service experience, I had back to back hefty service bills here, the first time I trusted that my car was in good hands, not anymore after the second experience where my alternator was replaced. I came in for diagnostics when for a warning light and the team said the alternator needed replacement, after it, the car has been driving rough, when I tried reaching back, the same service team first ignored my calls and were a lot less approachable. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere after this experience. I am not confident that what is needed will be done when I come in here for a simple service, hefty bills more likely!!

I took my 2022 MDX for a routine service at McGrath and I am very pleased that I did! Nick was very professional and the service was fast! I purchased my vehicle from another dealership that lacked responsibility and honesty. I will continue to give them my business and I highly recommend them! Thank you McGrath!

If you want to visit this dealership for a servicing, I advice to avoiding and go to a different dealer or repair service.Whenever I visited here for a oil change, they end up in cooking storied and slamming me with hefty bill and I spent an average of 1000 dollars for 3 consecutive times.It's a mind game they play and please don't fall into the trap.

My recent visit left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Just one more Shady Dealerships, Don't let the Acura name and location fool you; they act the same as a used car dealership in Chicago. During my visit, I encountered some shady practices that left me questioning the integrity of your dealership. The false advertisement they said the card was "certified," but when I got there, they told me I had to pay $2k more for the " certification" and 1K more for the paint protection. Basically, they wanted 3K on top of the advertised price. When you get there, they will get mad if you want to remove that BS and give you what they advertise. After I fought that and 4hr lost. They removed the "certification" from the car and gave me some credit. When I thought the fight was over, they kept trying to sell me a shady warranty during the finance. I to find out that the car that they suppose check 180 points was not balanced and had two new and two original tires, and in the parking lot, when I was leaving, they told me that they had only one key. (a so-called Acura dealer couldn't make a copy of a two-year-old car.) As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty when conducting business with an Acura dealership. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of this standard. The vendor was friendly, but his job was only to show you the car; the rest of the people there were rude and aggressive. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and work to improve the practices at your dealership. As a potential customer, I would like to see changes that prioritize transparency and integrity. Thank you for your time.
