I took my car in for the 120,00 check up early last year. At that time I noticed the antifreeze smell coming from the car. I took it back in and $4,000 later the water pump had to be fixed! Isn't that part of the 120,000 check up?

Brought ford in for check engine light on (needed evap system part replaced, emission related). Aafter getting the car home I checked the mechanics work and found that they broke a fitting,as a result fuel fumes are released into the air instead of being reburned in the engine. I have called twice, sent pictures, and waited 3 days but no response. Looked the broken part up on the internet and it runs around 150.00. Tony the service advisor doesn't even deserve a rating other than a zero. Bought 3 cars here but no more.

Shady Dealership. I drove here from Wisconsin after seeing a 2012 Cadillac SRX online. Test drove the car, asked questions, and decided to buy the car. Not 1 week later the check engine light came on. I'm fully aware when I bought the car I signed an "as is" document stating the car is sold as is. But the fact that my check engine light came on one week after leaving the dealership, and my mechanic saying there's no way the car should have been sold with that catalytic converter, and when I went back to the dealership I hear one of the salesmen in is office talking about how he hadnt sold a car in a while, and then Keith the GM basically shoving the paper that I signed in my face and he highlighted the "as is" and my signature, patronizing me, and then racist Mike Palermo who sold me the car suggesting that someone tried to steal it while it was parked on the street, when I park in a garage and dont live in an area where anyone would ever even attempt to do that.... It's all just shady as hell. And they knew it was good enough to drive off the lot and they were hard pressed to sell a car. So buy at your own risk people.

Brought car in for clunking noise in steering. They heard the noise but did not know where it was coming from. went to another cadillac dealer and they showed me the torn rubber parts in steering. Had car fixed at other dealership. Called Napleton corporate office and complained and official there stated it is really hard to get good mechanics and they are trying but do not seem to get them. I said Really!!!! attached is what other dealer found just by lifting car up. How could they not find it.

The worst experience I ever had on a dealership, also my fist time there, I took my new to me truck in because it had and issue with the brakes, my mechanic did changed the steering gear box but brakes were still acting up. since the dealer I bought it from had front end work done on it at another ford dealer, they recommend to take it to a ford dealer since all parts and labor have warranties on any Ford dealer. I did and that was the worst mistake ever. they kept the truck for 2 weeks, after me calling and asking numerous times they're diagnostic was for me to spend $3700 dollars on front end. I asked them to just repair the brake issue. the sales man Tony sandbox literally said no. He told me, "in order for us to diagnose fix the brakes we need to drive it and we can't drive it with the front end issues," (front end issues was front end caliper locking up that another Ford dealer had replace it and it should be under warranty at any Ford dealer) so I asked what you guys think is the brake issue, and Tony sandbox said we are not sure, that was all lies. the dealer I got it from vail automobile they were awesome Robert Nichols was on my side since day one. he tried to talk to Napleton Ford service dealer to fix the truck but they didn't, Tony said they don't warranty work performed on another dealer. Napleton ford charged $400 dollars for their !!!diagnostic!!! I took it back to my mechanic, I explained everything and he fix it on 2 days, literally all he did was to mess with new steering gear box he had installed, it's been few months now since that happen and truck runs great, i didn't have to spend $3700 dollars to fix another issue,, I DO NOT recommend Napleton Ford, I don't know why they did that to me maybe because it's a landscaping work truck or maybe because I'm Hispanic,? Who knows, I usually don't complain but I think that was very unprofessional, I own my business and I never ever done anything like this to any of my current or one time customers.

The worst purchase of my life. I bought a used Subaru forester and only 12 days later did it fail on me. I need an entire new Transmission and clutch. They sold me a lemon and have refused to help me with any of the issues. Low ethical standards are present here, letting buyers unknowingly purchase defective cars...

I called about a mustang Mach e, that the ad stated was 58,59, grand with a line thru the price. They wanted 10k over the list price plus tax and fees. Trying to get ever dollar they can over list. I had previously purchased three ford products from here over the last eight years, and never had an issue like this. Thought this was a good dealer, this is making me change my thoughts. Like the other poor reviews listed, seems like they are betting on today and not the future business
