Anytime I have a question, I know that Stacy will have an answer so I call her. She knows her business and is a great resource. Not only is she always helpful, but she's courteous and always goes the extra mile. She's patient and gives me as much time as I need. Stacy's the best!

We have 8 corporate policies with Pachis & Associates. I have been working with Stacy Verden the past several months getting our payments squared away. Our company transition has made things difficult for us, to say the least. Stacy has helped figure it all out and even got us set up on auto pay going forward. She has been very knowledgeable with all her systems let alone ours. She is very prompt and very communicative, along with having a great personality she has been an absolute joy to work with. Lara Gambony went above and beyond to help me! My husband and I had received an unsettling notice from our mortgage company that they had purchased COI at our expense because we had not sent them a current certificate of insurance. First, I was given Stacy's name from my current insurer (Wisconsin Mutual), which is unable to insure in Illinois. She found Stacy's name and found out that the service and quality would be comparable to what we were currently receiving. Secondly, I scheduled an appointment a bit early for a September 1st rental but Stacy still went forward to provide me with a quote. She was great!

I just had a most efficient and very pleasant account review with Laurie Hamilton. She raised some important issues, and we adjusted my coverage accordingly. I said to Laurie--and I'll repeat it here--that I've had exceptional service from American Family (and, specifically, with this group headquartered in Libertyville, Illinois) for 30+ years. Their response to my requests has always been practically instantaneous. I wouldn't dream of taking my business elsewhere. Their price is fair (and I enjoy the discounts I can earn), and they treat me like royalty. I'm a huge fan. :)

I wanted to share my very positive experience obtaining insurance from this agency.I initially worked with Trevor and Laurie. They took the time to patiently go through all of the options available to me and my family, explaining the nuances and answering my (many) questions along the way.During follow up sessions Laurie really went to bat for me to guide me through the whole process and get things set ups.
