Will NOT STOP calling about service I don't need. Makes someone never want to do service there again. Not sure I ever have and where they got my number.

I had a really good experience at the Honda Libertyville dealership selling my car. Al Arteaga was very pleasant to work with and it was a very quick and easy transaction. I have had good experience with their service department for the last few years as well. Overall, great customer service!!

The work on my car was completed in a timely manner. I was pleased with the service reps explaining the details of what was being done. Julie was very professional and helpful.

I've been a customer for a long time. I came in for a routine service appointment. After dropping off the vehicle I went to the waiting room. After some time, I was sent a report with over $5000 worth of repairs. I waited a long time and no one came to speak to me about the details. I declined the repairs and inquired about an appraisal. My point of contact in the service department did not seem interested in entertaining this. I went up to the front and got a quote for $4000. I was upset and dejected. After leaving the dealership, I found that my power steering was fighting me. I did not have the problem when I came in. This was by far the worst experience I've had at the dealership. Afterwards, I went elsewhere and traded in my vehicle for $9000 - over double what Honda offered me. I'm very happy with my new vehicle and I'm happy to no longer have to deal with this predatory company

Julie was my service advisor. She was great. She was hard to get a hold of but the reason for that is because when she talks to you she gives you her full attention. As with all dealers they are pricey but I was impressed with the service. The technician even took a video and showed the problems and explained the course of action.

My friend was visiting from Minnesota when we realized on Saturday afternoon that the engine shield under the car was dragging, and she needed to get back home on Monday. The service assistance on the phone was superb and helped me schedule an appointment on Sunday morning. When we arrived at the service center, our service rep explained what likely were issues and what costs would be. We were on our way in 30-45 minutes as extremely satisfied customers. Kudos to Libertyville Honda for exemplifying such great customer service through staff and Sunday service hours!

We bought our first minivan from Honda this weekend and had such a great experience. The first van we wanted to look at sold before we got there (they did call while we were on our way there to let us know so I didn't feel like it was a bait and switch) but we were able to look at comparable vehicles and actually ended up with one we liked better and was lower priced than what we originally wanted to look at. Jason was our salesperson and he was so friendly and down to earth, he wasn't pushy at all and really made us feel comfortable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Amazing service! I had my car towed to the dealer on a Saturday night at 8:00pm. A Sales Manager was there and came over to help. Showed me how to do the drop off paperwork and checked to be sure I had a ride home. Then Julie called on Monday to tell me my fuel pump had failed. She and her Manager called Honda and made the case that it should be replaced for free!! (even though it was out of warranty and had been replaced in a previous recall). Service was finished same day at no cost. Julie was, as always, communicative, thorough, empathetic. Thanks!

I had an excellent experience with Honda Libertyville. Everyone that I worked with was eager to help make the process of purchasing the vehicle go smoothly. Everything was very straightforward and everyone conducted themselves with high integrity. Very happy with the vehicle I purchased —it was exactly as listed and at a very competitive price. I recommend Honda Libertyville highly.

As others have recognized, THIS IS NO LONGER PAULY HONDA. New ownership. Went in to buy a CRV Hybrid Sport. Had the promotional offer from the honda website. The first quote was almost twice the Honda promotional quote. When I looked closely at the "deal" sheet, I noticed a $4300 "Market Adjustment" and a $1700 charge for a protection package. The sales manager initially explained that the difference was due to taxes and fees. That was baloney. He then explained that they needed a "market adjustment" because they were not selling that many cars. NO KIDDING! Neeedless to say, we walked out and went to Muller Honda in Gurnee. Not only did they honor the exact promotional price, but they gave us a $250 discount with no upcharges of any kind. Libertyville Honda is the kind of dealership that makes people dread purchasing a new car. Stay Away!

Very happy with my service encounter with Kelly Novaczyk, he listened to my concerns, and kept me informed. I have had nearly ALL of my service done at this dealership since buying the car in 2009. I see sales once in 15 years or so, I see service twice a year - service sells the next car !

Very cooperative and understanding. Unlike most other dealerships, people here are not pushy. They want you to buy indeed, but they listen and provide good incentives to reach that goal. Andrew especially is one of the best auto salesmen you can deal with! Thank you for a nice experience and a great car!

I received amazing service today from my friends at Pauly Honda. Customer service was very good. I received special coupon and on top of it free complementary car detailing from very friendly and detailed oriented guy. I won free detailed car wash. Car was ready on time and looked amazing. The car wash guy was very professional and I received very good service from him. I will be back.

Lance our salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and took the time to explain all the features of it. Management was willing to negotiate a price we were all comfortable with. A very pleasant experience. Lance stressed that we could call at anytime with questions and even come in person to discuss any issues should they arise. My wife and I both enjoyed our experience with Lance and Libertyville Honda. We both love our new Honda Pilot Elite.

Zero stars. It is not the customer's problem to reach your sales goals. Stop with the rush at the service counter in the waiting room and just everywhere! Brought my Honda here for a few years when this place was Pauly Honda. It was great service. Had an appointment today for an oil change. At check-in Manuel kept pushing for a signature while I was still asking questions, saying it will take longer if I don't sign. I passed two other Honda dealers this morning to come here. Now they are rushing me? What use is a multi-point inspection if they don't top off the coolant? Newer, Better, faster, want to sell your old car, how about this new model, newer, faster, better ... STOP. Slow down with the up charge, push to buy, rushed service. The owners of VW in Chgo Gold Coast now own some degree of Honda Libertyville. Keep your fast-paced, profit driven business in Chicago. This is small-town Libertyville. If someone takes the time to make an appointment, arrive early, maybe take a half-day off from work, why the rush? Just service the car honestly and slow down the rush! Yes I know I can bring it in again for an inspection, but it is here now! And I'm not taking another day off from work to do what should be done today. And why isn't the car vacuumed as promised? Being one of the largest dealers in terms of sales does not mean anything at this point. Hmmm, was the oil really changed? Sat in the front showroom waiting. The pushy sales man in a expensive cheap suit with super fancy shoes was directing his staff what to do but then intercepted pretty much everyone who entered the door. The high pressure sales pitch was interesting to watch - his technique, the selling words, the deep voice, the BS. It is clear this place is all about profit - nothing else. Waited an hour to complain to the service mgr. Just so happened that the general manager (Mr fancy shoes from above) was in with us and opened the door when I insisted to talk to the service mgr.. This isn't the Gold Coast Michigan Ave high pressure sales area. Us common folk are what kept this place afloat. Many of us moved out of Chicago for a reason - someplace to relax. There are enough quality people remaining from Pauly that do just fine. And why 3-4 emails a week? More pushing, more marketing just to be told at the service counter that I can bring in my car for a more detailed inspection - it's my choice. Seemed to miss the fact that my car is here TODAY! Yes it is my choice, to go elsewhere.
