should be called SHIT SHOP GARAGE when i first went here they were great , btut 2 of the last 4 times ive had to take my acura back to them because they didnt fix my car. they never have a loaner vehicle, and they never got back to me about an unresolved issue with my battery draining. they replaced the battery( probably a refurbished battery) but charged me full price , they got grease on my carpet on the passenger side of my car and never cleaned it,Dont waste your money there are plenty of great shops out their that are cheaper...and better

Danny helped with our Toyota Highlander. They got a ton of work done in only a day and a half and we're very fair. Great place!

My Powerstroke was running poorly, and I was concerned about a lengthy repair time. Danny kept me informed throughout the entire process and assured me that I would have my truck back before my road trip. They promptly diagnosed and resolved the issues, getting me back on the road faster than I anticipated. I highly recommend Pit Shop Diesel Repair to anyone in need of reliable diesel repair.

I've been going to the Pit Stop since 2018. They are pricy but they guarantee their work and they are close by. Recent turnover has tanked the experience for me. I brought my car in because I thought the brakes were starting to go and told them I thought the issue was in the rear brakes but wasn't sure. They told me it was the fronts and the rears were fine and I agreed to let them service them. 800+ dollars later and my car starts squealing the very next day. Bad. I bring the car back in and they say they can't replicate the issue and it's probably just new brakes wearing in. It continues. Loudly, and constantly about 20 minutes into every drive. I send a video of the issue. I work long hours with a far commute and need a vehicle so they promise to line up a loaner and call me before my appointment so they can diagnose the issue. I don't hear anything for days so I call the night before to confirm and they say they'll have me a loaner. I get a call 10 minutes before my appointment that THEIR loaner is running a check engine light and the best they can do for me is an uber home. I agree and I don't hear anything from the shop for 24 hours. I call three times the next morning before I get an answer and it's the same, highly defensive, "We can't replicate the issue so we can't do anything about it." I get a ride to the shop to talk to the manager. I feel like they are trying to avoid warrantying the brake pads. I feel patronized and talked down to. They claim to have driven it several times and can't replicate the issue. They also claimed to have called me and left a message. My odometer and call history say otherwise. I agree to take the manager on a ride and replicate the issue EXACTLY as I described it. It sounds like it's coming from the front while driving, but on the rear while outside the vehicle. So it's the rear brakes after all. I know that customers aren't always right. I know the shop needs to make money. But to pay top dollar and not be shown concern or curiosity over an issue, to be called a liar because of their failure to communicate, and to have to engage with defensiveness instead of being offered solutions is not how I want to be treated as a customer. I shouldn't have had to drop all that money and time and still have squealing brakes plus a bad taste in my mouth from their customer service.

I brought my car to Audi where I was told I needed to perform $6500 worth of work. Pit Stop was going to charge me $2475 for the same work but suggested they perform a test to see if there were metal shavings in the differential before doing the repair. Metal shavings were present indicating a larger problem so they recommended I do not repair the vehicle, but sell it instead. I very much appreciate that they made a recommendation in my best interest rather than in their best interest. I highly recommend the Pit Stop.

I don’t take my old truck anywhere else! During my oil change I asked them to do some testing pertaining to my check engine light and they were able to find and fix the problem the same day! And best of all, it cost almost a third of what the dealership would’ve charged me!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I have no rating for Pit Shop Auto repair. They did some engine work on my car for An oil leak which cost $1500.00. A month later I was having issues still and they said it was nothing that they did and it wasn't under warranty. They looked at my car and quoted me $2000 to fix the "new issues". Boy what a coincidence, more issues after they just did work. I took my car to a respectable local place and had the problem fixed for $232.00. They said that the Pit Shop put bad hoses and clamps back on which created the problems. How dare you do business like this!

The Pit Shop is great for drink spills in your car. Top notch! A Starbucks chai had spilled in my car and the smell was wretched after a week. They took apart the center console where the drink spilled and cleaned up the entire mess and got rid of the smell. By the time I got the car back, it smelled new. Patrick, provided updates throughout the process. They also honored their original quote after they realized how difficult the job was. Highly recommend them and will be returning if I have another unfortunate spill.

Took my car here due to having issues with brakes. This place is a good deal and the issues are explained to you in detail. The only hesitation I have is that it took longer to get the car back then estimated (drop off car Monday evening, pick up Thursday evening). So, I would take the car back again but with the understanding they may have your vehicle longer than anticipated.

I usually like pit shop but this time was not good. Held my car for 7+ hours to just tell me 10 minutes before they closed they were not able to fix my brake issue. At least they didn't charge me. Just a lack of communication this time around.

Their oil change price was great and the staff there was extremely courteous. Matt was a great guy and even gave us boxes of cookies to go! The shop is very clean and has amenities like Keurig coffee, water bottles, suckers for the kids, TV, wifi, etc. while you wait. They are extremely honest and don't lie to you if something needs to be done or not unlike most other shops I've been to. I've definitely found my new mechanic!

In all the years I've been getting my oil changed this is the first time I left a place completely impressed by the customer service. Normally I don't associate customer service with getting oil changes. I received a coupon in the mail and I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did! They introduced themselves by first name, we're very attentive and patient in explaining things. It is a very clean and welcoming facility and when I left they sent me home with a package of cookies (I could choose between oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip or peanut butter). I will be using this shop from here on out because of the great service and attention to detail.
