My mom uses quick lane for all her vehicle maintenance, and when I moved back to Libertyville I went to them as well. I cannot say enough great things about this place. They have always had availability when I have needed them and complete the work in 1 to 2 days. They call with updates and prices and don't pressure me to agree to anything. The employees are all extremely kind and friendly and explain everything to me. I just called this morning after a fender bender asking for them to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive. They immediately said I could come right in, despite not being a body shop, just to make sure I'm safe on the road.
Quick Lane will always be my first call!

They put directional tires on backwards. They also say that they rotate tires and they don’t. ruined my TPMS on tires

These guys are great and always efficient. I've tried a lot of other places and always seem to have issues with them. My history with quick lane makes this the only place I'm comfortable taking my cars to.

It is hard to find a good, honest shop like this, but we stumbled upon it when I needed a tire repair about 10 years ago, and we have not taken our cars anywhere else since! Ed, Joe, and the team are very courteous and professional. They make sure your vehicle is treated like one of their own. If something major goes wrong, they take the time to listen to your concerns, diagnose the problem, and are very straight forward with what needs to be done and why.

Excellent work and customer service. I had rear brakes and two new tires put on. If you are worried about waiting they are happy to drop you off close by.

Dealer prices make it a fairly expensive oil change. The employees are fine and the wait wasn't bad. I'd recommend going to a dedicated shop if you have the time.
