Well for some reason every other day I am in shell to buy I know the terrible nightmare of cigarettes, I am on Marlboro app for coupons, not one employee can ring up the coupon and use your gas rewards and use your debit. I guess using a mobil coupon is like brain surgery. Yes I wouldn't be very pleasant working at a gas station, but since I am there so much can you say thank you. Why on a Saturday would you put one person that can do coupons and debit on the register????

This is my first ever review on google. So you know my experience was horrible. It was 2 am and I was trying to get gas. The lights were on inside and outside with no indication that you were closed. The pump accepted my card and charged me 1$. It didn’t pump anything. It happens for the next two pumps I went to as well. Horrible experience, will give my business to the station across the street.

I went in paid $20 for gas, sat at the pump for five minutes, then pressed the help button no reply, had to go back inside they canceled due to pressing wrong pump, said they credited my gift card, well you can't credit gift cards, I now spent $40 on gas, not to tell me when I am outside with my 2 year old is insane. I also have to contest charges, they were no help, snotty, wearing a Corn mask and saying she turned the help button off is not service.

Not open during hours they say they are open, happened on multiple occasions. Bathrooms don't work.

Lousy customer service. Rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.Been filling up two gas guzzling SUVs here. Thankfully there are other, smaller places close by where they appreciate your business.

You have one of the rudest workers in the morning, today, 6/2/2020 at 7 am, I paid for gas inside, accidently picking up the pump and pressed the red pump for premium gas instead of regular and kept waiting for cashier approval twice and he rudely walked to my car with no asking if there was a problem just accusing the customer for wrong doings and just acted like a complete a*** wouldnt like to be treated that way after a long shift overnight. Please check your staff because he would of encountered the wrong person that would not go so nicely and very well.

Wanted to charge me for an extra coffee cup, they where stuck together, grabbed another one and switched cups, threw the 2 stuck cups in the garbage, pretty and short sighted

Don't go here at night because the middle-age white girl will not help you out. Definitely go during the day, they also don't card you during the daytime hours. Apparently you can't buy anything with an expired ID. Just go in the afternoon they definitely will get you right. But they just lost my service for good.

I never play the lottory. Unfortunately I came to the wrong place to experiment. I asked for 16 numbers for the Mega Millions and ended up with a Megaplier ticket with one number? How could she eff this up I'm sure there were 600 people buying tickets for the Mega Millions why did she try to get all goofy on my ticket? Should Have instantly looked and read the damned before it was too late. If you guys could refund me my $32 I would really appreciate it.
