Was very pleased with Shurway Movers. Ryan provided an accurate estimate. The moving boxes and wardrobe boxes provided were such a help. The three Movers that were sent did an excellent job. You can't go wrong using Shurway movers!

The worst - would not recommend. The customer service staff was great, however the packers and the movers were completely sub-par. The packers mislabeled countless household items, combined several incompatible items together in the same boxes (e.g., dog beds on top of our master bed sheets), and told us last minute that many items could not be transported. The movers broke / damaged countless valuable items - for which we kept a detailed inventory of. When we filed a claim, we got low-balled for a ridiculously low amount that they refused to adjust.

6 stressful months of preparing my 83yo mom to move across the country into an independent living apartment culminated two days ago with the final move-in and the Shur Way guys made the day easy, smooth and, actually, fun! Buddy, Tony B, Guyner, Marco & Marcus were terrific! Organized, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend this company, and THIS CREW, in particular!

Fantastic moving company!! Chris G, Mike F, Doug, Marcus and Hector did an amazing job! The took good care of the furniture, moved items carefully, were very respectful and efficient! Highly recommend them!!!

The mover very rude and impolite bad behavior and they are not being cooperative with my other service not listening people not following the instructions and rules the officer and security as they told them what to do.

First let me say that I have never moved to another state and had quite the anxiety about doing so. Shur Way Movers were recommended to me and I must say what a great experience. From the people in the office to the gentleman who actually moved me. Scott was my guy on th actual move from Chicago to Atlanta. He explained everything to me and made sure everything was done correctly! Highly recommend this company and their expertise.
