I've taken both my previous and current Volvos to the Werk Shop for years and the guys always do a great job. They give good honest advice about what has to be taken care of right away, what can wait and what isn't worth the expense (things that are good to know when you have an old, high mileage car!)Beth

The premier BMW restoration and service provider in the country...for those desiring quality. Just had our midstream review, pleased with the results. Confident with the finish and closeout.

Everything about my experience with this shop was outstanding. In all the years I have had my cars serviced, I have never felt so cared for or trusted in the source as much. These guys made it seamless and they were honest. They could have told me anything and encouraged me to pay them for the work, but instead they talked me out of the work as they felt it was not going to get me any further ahead. It was already a crappy situation (not their fault) and they made it so much better knowing that there are trusted shops in the market. Also Audi charged me $600 for the evaluation and they charged me $137 - best money spent and will only bring my cars to Werk moving forward. Thank you to the team there for all being transparent and real.

James was very helpful (as usual) in getting me in for an oil change & brake fluid change. I was able to wait on-site and do some work in their guest lounge. Always a good experience at The Werk Shop!Mike

What a disaster! Worst experience ever with a repair shop. Brought my classic Mercedes in for an oil leak which I suspected to be from the oil pan. Asked them to check oil leak and repair. I supplied oil pan gasket from Mercedes along with new subframe mounts. I had been considering tackling the job myself, so I had already sourced the parts. Drove the car home only to find the same oil leak. ($2287) Second trip I was told the rear main seal was leaking. I questioned that since the bottom of that seal can be seen with a mirror and appeared dry. I approved the repair in spite of my doubts. ($1585). Drove home a second time to find the same oil leak. Returned a third time only because Andy assured me that the car would be fixed right before it was returned to me. After waiting a MONTH, the Oil pan gasket replaced again. Still leaking. I was advised that the engine block has a crack causing the leak. I have had the car inspected by 2 separate shops (including a dye penetrant inspection) since I got it back. The block IS NOT cracked. It is simply a tool mark in the cast iron. Asked for financial relief since I'm out $3872 and I have the same oil leak I started with. Request DENIED! Clearly we have multiple misdiagnosis here. When I picked up the car, I asked to speak with Mike who was in his office. By the time I finished loading the car on the trailer, he suddenly "had to run out". WEAK!Service: Engine repair

I brought my 1999 BMW MCoupe, with over 103,000 miles, for extensive work, service and restoration. The Werk Shop did an excellent job. The car looks and runs like new. I worked with James who is very professional and knowledgeable and honest with all his recommendations. I highly recommend The Werk Shop.

I took my '75 BMW 2002 for extensive service work & other items I wanted installed & done. Everything was done properly with care. Ron was great to deal with. I highly recommend The Werk Shop. I met the founder, Don a couple of times during BMWCCA events atleast 20 yrs ago who's an awesome car enthusiast then turned the torch over to his son-in-law Mike who owns & runs The Werk Shop.

Owning and caring for an older import is as much rewarding as it is challenging. The service managers, Andy & James, are as honest and helpful as they come, and the engineers in the shop are top notch. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

My M5 was out of warranty and the BMW service plan. I had two strong personal referrals to the Werk Shop. I had been delaying the big 50k service of diff trans coolant fluids, filters, plugs, etc. I also had a misfiring cylinder causing a drivetrain malfunction. I had gotten estimates from BMW before reaching out to Werk Shop. Every item was 10-30% more at BMW. BMW had told me my front rotors needed to be replaced, which was thousands. I requested Werk Shop to replace them, but James called me while the car was in service and asked why I wanted the brakes. He thought I could get another year or two out of the current ones I had. This voluntary assessment saved me a ton of money. I love the honesty and feel it's very rare with auto shops. I will definitely bring all my Euro cars here in the future.

Just had my BMW serviced here again this week. It's easy to make an appointment, their service is fast and excellent, their shop is clean, they're friendly and the prices are fair. What's not to like. I highly recommend having your European car serviced at The Werk Shop!

Highly recommended. I’m an experienced DIY mechanic and have done most car repair jobs short of engine and transmission rebuilds over the years. I like DIY but lately lack the time. I recently brought an older BMW here and was amazed at the excellent attitude, knowledge and very fair pricing. Big fan and intend to work with them in future.
