Find out what was wrong with my cordless Shark Stratos. $20 to look at it. Dropped on a Monday heard nothing by Friday. Called, hadn't even looked. Had a hard time even locating it. I asked how much longer. He said give me a few hours. When I arrived, told me he couldn't tell what was wrong and it was hard to get parts from Shark. Said it looked pretty new, maybe still under warranty. Called Shark, if a shop looks at the vacuum even if they do nothing, warranty negated. This was a $400 vacuum!

Zero stars. We purchased a Sebo Dart for about $600 on a Tuesday, and thought there was a 1-week return. When I found I needed two hands to push the vacuum on my home carpet (not overly plush) I called and asked to return. I was told there was a 5-day return with a 10% restocking fee. I purchased late on a Tuesday and called to return the following Monday morning when I was told about the restocking fee. Additionally, they sold me an attachment that did not fit the Sebo Dart. I won't ever walk in this store again.

Rip OFF! First they charge you $20 to look at your Vacuum.Then I was quoted $200 to replace a cord and clean the motor of my Miele. I picked it up and took it to a shop in Wilmette where Iwas given a quote of $100 yesterday. No charge to look at it and it's ready today!

Excellent service! Helped me with my Dyson vacuum. Battery issue. Had it in stock and replaced it in 10 minutes literally that fast! Unbelievable. Highly recommend this place.

We dropped off a Bissell Pet Stain shampooer that suddenly stopped working after one and a half years. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and upfront as to whether it was worth repairing or not. He contacted Bissell, explaining the situation and Bissell sent us out a brand new unit as it was a glitch with their shampooer. We are very happy with the service we received, as Vacuum Experts went over and above for us. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone that is in need of vacuum or shampooer services.

Inexcusably bad customer service at Libertyville location after making a third visit for the same repair. I brought it in again because they wouldn't offer a refund of the repair fee. Guy was rude at the get go and got worse as I asked reasonable questions - practically pushed me out the door, not kidding - would have been comical if it wasn't the worst behavior I've ever encountered at a service store. Not recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought in a robot vacuum for cleaning and it was there for 2 months. I got no calls and went to the store myself to find they closed early, we're over a hour late opening or just not open at all. The cleaning they did was the opposite of actual cleaning I got it back dirtier than when I dropped it off. With pieces not fully attached. I called several times asking for a status and was either told they would call me back because they get did not know or they did not answer. Not once was I ever called back. I am unable to use the vacuum because I now have to order replacement screws for what is now missing

They do excellent work! I have had to visit them twice and they have always been able to fix the problem and the prices are reasonable!

I took my carpet steam cleaner to them due to the decent reviews. I knew it only needed to be cleaned and nothing else as there was a clog blocking the base unit pumping but not the hand unit. Nothing else. I called a week later for an update and they had not looked at it but I reinforced that it only needed to be cleaned. Called a week later. Now it needed a pump and they were waiting on the part. Again I said it didn't need a pump. Just a cleaning Another week. The new pump has been installed. I said take it out and replace it with the old pump and call me back. A few days later, a call and magically it only needed to be cleaned. Unbelievable. So many things wrong in this interaction. I only lucked out because I diagnosed what it wasn't before I dropped it off. Make sure you are not paying for something you dont need.they take sdvantage of people's lack of knowledge.

Amazing wonderful best service ever!!! Wow. They gave me like a halved discount!!!! And offered me great options... I don't have the words. But i have to say something really good about this awesome service I've received from Vacuum Experts on Peterson Road Libertyville. Thank you guys so much!!! The only vacuum repair I could find on Google near me. They also taught me proper maintenance of the vacuum I own and that tthe belt usually needs to be replaced about yearly , so I learnt a lot too. Just awesome!

Rude, and dare don’t ask questions! Also if have a Hoover warranty don’t go either, because they clearly don’t know their listed as an agency that assist with warranties! Or was it my Race that bothered you the most!

Called Orek for a place to have our 2 oreo vacuums repaired. No orek stores any longer. They did a very good inspection and repair at a reasonable price.
