They stayed late after the store closed to make sure my 4 phones were setup and working correctly. Leron is the guy to goto, he was great. Straight forward and will tell you how it is bluntly. Kept us entertained and laughing while he was working. Will be going back here for his assistance with phone issue going forward

Leron did a great job taking care of my wife, daughter and myself. We each upgraded phones and also updated our unlimited plan. Leron made sure we got all available promotions to maximize our savings. He took the time to explain answers to all our questions and made sure the data transfer went smooth for the three of us.SR

Leron offered me and my father great service at Verizon today. I am not a Verizon Customer but my family is and I've expressed to them that they should only do business at this store. We spent a fairly long time there today but there were some complications nothing could be done but he made it all the better and help this out and was determined from the get-go so I support this man the company and everything they are about he's a good dude I trust him

I visited the Verizon store and had a disappointing experience. The staff paid no attention to us, with one employee spending over 15 minutes on the phone without acknowledging our presence or saying hello. This isn't the first time I've encountered such poor service here. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer experience.

Steve was fantastic! He was taken care of 3 customers at a time while the iCloud backups were reloading on customer phones.

Hope it doesn’t always look like it did today but it was very messy inside as shown in photos. Not sure if one employee was in training but only one of the two guys was helping customers. After waiting 20 minutes with them helping the same customer, I had to leave. I guess I’ll try another Verizon location later today.
