My wife purchased a car from them about 3 months ago. We called over 20 times and they keep giving us excuses. We will reach out with the County Attorney and Attorney General tomorrow.

Don't deal with VW Credit. They are soooo unkind and will do anything to collect interest from you as much as possible.

Do yourself a favor and do not request financing through this website. They did a hard inquiry on my credit and gave me no loan, no interest rate, no nothing, just a useless confirmation number. I called to customer service asking for a solution and they told me to go to the dealership to negotiate, which is what I want to avoid, because it's an exhausting process %$@#$! This is a fraud!!!

They have always been very nice and helpful over the phone. No issues and timely payments. Would purchase VW and finance with them again.

This is the worst credit company I ever deal with! Very bad communication, no any competent person in this office, nobody knows what to do and how to resolve any problem! This office has to be shut down immediately!

VW Credit holding my title hostageIf I could give no stars I would!OMG, it's been 3 months. I called to ask when I would receive my title and the guy said he didn't know it could be months more!!!! I paid off my car the end of March. He said my title has been created and is on file but no way to expedite it or even know when it will be sent. This is ridiculous! Because I felt I couldn't just sit here and stew, I also filed a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau). Can't hurt at this point.

Do not get a car through volkswagen! They sold me a Lemon car.I bought my car in October 2022 and it is now June 2023 and I have had to: replace the front brakes and rotors, back brakes and rotors, the back left brake motor, the back right park assist control module needs to be removed and replaced. As well as my highbeams don't work, the front passenger window motor is faulty, my horn does not always work, the info system that plays music and navigation is faulty as well.I tried to go back to the dealership where I bought it and trade it in, but the only car that met some of my criteria would be $100 more a month. And to be honest I was not happy with the car, it did not have the main feature that I want in a vehicle. The guys at the dealership were very helpful in trying to find me something, but there was only so much they could do.So I call corporate to see what other options I have. I do have a warranty that came with the car that is "bumper to bumper", but this does not include problems with my brakes. When I explained what was going on to the sales rep, she said there isn't anything she can do. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and she puts me on hold. When she comes back she said that SHE spoke with the supervisor and that they agree. When I told her that I wanted to speak to them she refused to transfer me saying that she was unable to transfer me to them. Which is strange since she just spoke with them.Overall it has been a headache and a half owning a volkswagen tiguan. So if you want a pretty car with a lot of problems and no one from the company willing to help you, then go ahead and get yourself a volkswagen.

do you enjoy being happy? if so stay as far away from this mess of a finance company as you can, i paid of a vehicle that they still repo'd and wont allow me to retrieve till the check "cashiers" processes, if you understand how that makes no sense, aswell as im sure their will be damages to the car by the time they let me pick it back up

I am going through a divorce, which is difficult enough. Unfortunately, my vehicle has my husband's name listed first on the contract. My name IS on the contract, it is not ONLY in my husband's name, his is just listed first. I asked for my name to be added - not for his to be removed, just mine added - to the bill/invoice so that the post office will stop forwarding the bills to my husband at his new address, but apparently that's impossible for them to do. I do find it funny that they had ZERO issue taking MY money from MY account that doesn't have my husband listed, but they couldn't print my name on the bill simply because his name was listed first. The manager that I spoke to, Grant, even had to audacity to tell me before I hung up that I can call back any time and they be happy to take care of me - even though they did nothing to take care of my or my issue. I will never be doing business with this company again if that is how they treat their customers.

Sarina/serina not sure how her name was extremely helpful! Wait time on hold was a little long which Is why I think there is a lot of bad reviews. People get frustrated from being on hold apart from whatever issue that they need to be resolved having them stressed and they go off on the workers and expect them to not fire back at them or give them some sort of attitude. These workers are not your slaves, be respectful and you will get the help you need

VW continues to punt it in the stands. Between awful cars, dealerships that flat out lie to try and get money from you, and now the debacle with VW credit just not giving titles because they made a poor business decision to hire an ill equipped third party to manage titles, I will never own or buy a VW again. I have owned them for 10 years, and I am so fed up. The title issue is the last straw. I paid my car off 7 weeks again, and I still cannot get a title. I cannot even get a straight answer from them on where it is at. Now, they put a banner up that on their website that says they are delayed on titles but have no update and to reach out to their message center. Well, they literally do not respond to the message center, even though you get an automated response saying that you will receive a response from someone within a couple days. They also don't have a repository on your account where it saves the messages; so, you have no proof. Make sure you write down your confirmations when you send a message and screen shot the page.Just avoid them. It is not worth the hassle. I am waiting for my title; so that, I can finally get rid of this hunk of junk and be rid of VW in my life. This is definitely an emotional email because it has been years of dealing with nonsense from VW and VW credit, and I'm done. Just go elsewhere. The dealerships literally cannot even get titles, and the new ID.4s have a recall and can't be sold or driven because they open when you drive them. VW and VW credit are not the companies that they were and are just on a downward trajectory with quality and poor decisions, and customers continue to be collateral damage.

I paid off my car over two months ago. Still do not have a title, several calls later still waiting for an answer. These people suck and I recommend staying away from them.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Waiting for my title for more than 60 days now. Cashier's check was sent ($34,262.30) on 12/23/22 and processed on 12/29/22 to purchase the car after lease ended. I called VW Credit 4 times (1/11/23, 1/24/23 2/24/23) to get an update on the title status to sell the car to Carmax. Since late December, Carmax offer dropped from $43,000 (12/27/22 and again 1/26/23) to $36,600 (2/28/23), a $6,400 value/offer loss. Every time I called VW Credit, they said that they are working on it and there is a slight delay given change in title processing company. Every time I called, they said that it will take 5-10 business days. Well, it's been over 60 days now and still no title. They cashed my check over 60 days ago and they are unlawfully holding my title. I could have made at least a 4% interest on that. Also, I've lost (and will continue to lose more) $6,400 car value for not being able to sell MY VEHICLE as VW unlawfully holding my title.
