I had a great experience picking up my photos tonight. Mary was very nice. Brian the manager recognized me from a previous visit, and that impressed me.

I am always able to quickly get what I need and then get checked out quickly. Employees are helpful and friendly. I also have occasionally ordered online and picked up in the store which was nice.

They were polite, helpful, and professional. In spite of the large number of people waiting for one reason or another, they never lost their patience and demeanor. Kudos!!
