Girlfriend and I were trying to get our things and immediately after coming in to the store we were greeted by associates that showed clear signs of racial profiling. We left the store to shop at Walmart instead.

This is a review of the pharmacy only. While there have been interminable waits at the Lincolnshire Walgreens, at Libertyville they have been organized, efficient. We tried a walk-in for vaccines (two separate times). They were happy to give the shots quickly, no hassle. On one visit, a prescription was checked (it had snagged at Lincolnshire). The pharmacist straightened out the issue in less than a minute. It seems that they know how to get things done, efficiently.

I called to ask about my test results, which they relayed to me immediately without any exchange of information and told me that I’d receive email confirmation of the results then the employee hung up. She didn’t even ask my name to verify correct results or verify who they were giving this personal information to…2.5 hours later and I still haven’t received an email

I just called them an hour ago and the lady on the phone told me they would fill my prescription in a few hours. When I drove there they said it wasn’t in stock and that they would have to order and wouldn’t be there until the next day. I mean it’s fine if I have to wait one day but don’t lie about it over the phone!

I had a one hour photo order which I received a text that it was done. I then went to the store and joined three other people in line at the photo counter, waiting 10 minutes before I left the store. While I was in line, I called the store and was put on hold and then I walked to the front counter and told the checkout clerk that there were four people waiting in line at the photo. he called someone on the loudspeaker And we still waited another five minutes and no one showed up. No wonder Walgreens is closing stores all over. Don't promise services you can't deliver on.

Pharmacist and staff are rude. Bring a prescription there and they act like they are doing you a favor. I went with no one there, presented my script to the tech and had to wait 5 minutes for the pharmacist to stop looking at a computer. When he finally came over, he told me, "we can fill it, but not sure how long it will take. " I asked if I could have it within 4 hours, and he said, "I can't tell you, it's not something I can rush." They used to ask if you want to wait. Never going back there again.

Worst pharmacy. 6 to 7 hours for a Zofran script. 48 hours to fill antibiotics. Place is a joke. You will end up in the hospital before you receive your medications.

This Walgreens. Hmm I waited in the drive thru 20 mins. Saw they were in there so I went to park and walk in. Then I waited another 20. Of course you received the little attitude from the girl behind the counter telling you the insurance didn't cover the prescription. Then she says I have to wait for my other prescription because the pharmacist left at 11:20 for lunch. She has to wait for him. Wtf. I am in the twilight zone here. These people have no business dispensing drugs and I am more inclined to believe they are taking the drugs instead of filling orders. Now you might say I am one person but I actually polled 3-5 of my friends and all have complained about this location. I think this needs to go to corporate level visibility.

On my visit, the manager was super helpful. They were out of item i was looking for on store shelf. I asked manager and he went to back of store, find the specific item and bring it out for us. Really appreciate the time he devoted to a customer for a smallest of item. Kudos!

I had been thinking of pulling all my prescriptions from Walgreens because everytime I go there, there is a problem or it takes so long because they have no help. I just experienced an issue with the pharmacy manager. He stopped filling a medication I have been on for years and is requesting a letter from my doctor. I have no problem with this, but he is not a doctor and cannot just decide to not fill a medication. There were many ways he could have handled this. Now that I have spoken to him, I can understand why the pharmacy is a mess.
