“Service! My newer Maytag dryer that I bought @ McEntires about 5 years ago quit heating. I can’t say I’m surprised, we do a ton of laundry! Within 4 hours of my call repairman Zach was here and knew exactly what to do. He was friendly and capable. He replaced the heating element in no time. He also explained exactly what he was doing and gave me some watch outs, like how we shouldn’t use dryer sheets in newer front loads because it reduces airflow over time. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned up the mess from all the lint. Best of all it was still under warranty?Zach and the team at McEntires are why we buy local whenever it comes to appliances. Highly recommend!”
