Kas, Zach , and Dustin were patient with my family as there were 6 lines being activated. Very helpful and reassuring information concerning the arrival of our phones ordered. The team also gave information concerning the security of AT&T , as our former cell phone provider breeched security and my phone was hacked twice. The team was very cheerful too! Definitely pleased with our service

Best AT&T store I’ve been to. Manager and dustin were very knowledgeable. Nice to work with people who have been with the company for so long. Normally don’t like to change my plan because the first bill is usually a mess but they showed me how to use my hotspot from my phone so I could cut some costs. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Sales and management staff very incompetent. Watch your bills after you leave, they like to add and change your plan without your consent. Has happened 2 times in a row now. The manager even told us that we probably shouldn’t be AT&T customers anymore.

Management at the store is very knowledgeable and very good customer service! Highly recommend going there. It is a drive for me to get to the store but the customer service there makes it worth it. And the knowledge of the sales staff is a benefit.

Clean, cool, helpful. A little busy when I went in. Only had 2 staff. Had to wait for about 10 minutes to be helped. But they did what I needed in 1 stop and quickly. Not a bad experience.

Ok so I have no way to describe how awesome the store manager Zack is .I absolutely hate going into storefronts to do stuff and I am not the smartest with new technology, so I reluctantly went one day and so glad I did . He took the time to explain many things to me regarding my account that no one ever has and not only that he switched things around on my multi line account and for the same amount t I had been paying I left with upgrades and merchandise . He is truly a nice very informing young man that I hope Att recognizes ,because of him I am choosing to stay with att and I feel like I actually have a company I can trust and count on ZACK THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!

The store is in Lincoln and easy to drive too and a short wait to get taken care of......can't best that.

Absolute j*** named Kyle answered when I called with a simple question about upgrading one of my phones through AT&T online and picking it up at the store in Lincoln. Before I could even finish my question, he said...and I quote, "I won't try to talk to you about this over the phone" and cut me off. Total j**** ,and I will never refer anyone to the Lincoln AT&T store now. I pay over $400 a month for AT&T service, and he couldn't even take 2 seconds to let me finish my question!

I went in to add a line and a phone to my phone plan, I knew exactly what I wanted I knew how it all worked I knew what to ask for, and I explicitly asked for them. And STILL when I received my bill the insurance was the $15 insurance when I asked for the $8.99. I also asked for no Next Up on the added line and still found it on there. When Dave Duncan was still in charge he was honest with the customer on everything. Customers should want additions to their plan because they trust you and genuinely want it. NOT Because you decided that's what they wanted. If I could give this a half star I would. Lincoln was the last good AT&T you could go too for good and trustworthy service. Looks like I'll be doing all my stuff online now.
