Unfortunately, due to no fault of my own I received the wrong parts for my car when ordering them online. I swapped them out for the proper parts, at one of their brick and mortars unfortunately this company does not return your money to your debit account on the same day unlike O’Reillys, or advanced auto so now I have to wait 3 days for my 180$. This issue must be addressed. I know I am not the only one who is concerned about this. Policy.

Had no trouble getting help finding what I needed here. The worker even offered to assist in putting the coolant in my car. I appreciate the helpful knowledge staff.

While on an 8 hour drive my check engine light came on and this was the first shop next on my drive. I can not state how great Cameron was helping me diagnose the issue and calm my nerves for the remainder of my long drive. He was so knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this location.

Got pulled over for my license plate light being out so I stopped here to get a new one but I discovered that my needed a whole assembly when I went inside they were clueless didn't know what to suggest and basically said they had nothing that would work but when I went online it says AutoZone has the entire assembly

Rich and Colin are both super helpful..the entire staff is from my experience. They actually put the battery into my car for me. Considering my battery was dead by the time I pulled into the store and I had no tools, this was absolutely above customer service standards for any business I know of. Sincerely, thank you!

I love my Buick Park Avenue but when there was a hesitation when starting it recently I went to the Lincoln Auto Zone and asked them to check it out. Rich and Sara were great. They checked the alternator, it was fine then checked the not so old battery. Turns out it was the battery. They then looked me up and found it was STILL UNDER WARRANTY. They then happily replaced it at NO COST. FREE! They were awesome and happy to please this returning customer! CLEAN STORE AND GREAT SERVICE! Thanks Auto Zone
