Lady at front desk told me to leave after sitting me down to wait for a agent to help me with some questions I had about them wanting to charge me for not providing proof of insurance. When I've been paying it for the last few months.
She told me the agents are bissy and I should go home and figure it out on my own.
Only reason I go into the location is because there automatic system never is load enough to here or it is always crinkle.

It would be nice if they did their job and answered the phone. We live out of town and the ATM card was left in the machine and nobody will answer the phone.

Would have given 5 STARS if not for HORRIBLE ATM drive up! Way to high up unless you drive monster truck. Situated when the sun is shining you can't read. Tellers ok, not super friendly, nor rude just ok. SUPER APP. And GREAT Dividends.

I unfortunately didn't get a name but the brunette woman at the front desk is absolutely rude. I have never been inside this Cefcu before and I have a car loan through this company. I went in to ask a question about my car loan and was greeted by dirty looks and unwanted gestures. Her customer service skills are disgusting. Do better! Not only did she not answer my questions about my car loans but made me feel like me coming in was a waste of time.
