This is a lovely state park! I saw so many birds, a couple deer, and lots of bunnies. The trails I encountered were well maintained. Cell service was a bit spotty compared to other state parks, but that is my only complaint. Loved the old building and vintage Smokey Bear sign. ❤

Beautiful and peaceful park with a lot of trees & shaded areas if you like the shade or open areas with lots of sunshine. Nice place to relax.
