I’m a diamond member and usually there’s a couple of bottles of water in the room, didn’t think anything about not getting them at check in, not a big deal- but, the rooms are old and outdated, the bathroom shower had mold/mildew on it and for the price paid for the night, (expense for a Hampton inn, even a newly remodeled one)I expected a whole lot more. I think next time I would be looking to Springfield or Bloomington as an option

I was a bit apprehensive staying here, after reading some of the reviews. We had a great experience. The parking light was well lit, check-in was easy and quick, our room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was really good, and the staff were very courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

you guys need to go to comfort inn across the street there were bed bugs, dead bug and alive bugs crawling in my room i told customer service and they got me a new room so i thought i would be okay and enjoy the breakfast no the breakfast room had bugs crawling on the counter and flys flying on the food and has mold in corners this hotel is old and needs to be shut down

Not our best Hampton Inn stay. We are Hilton Honors members and appreciate the service and reliability of Hampton Inns.
This one is starting to show its age. I would hope the housekeeping staff would notice the mold growing in the tub caulking and grim collecting in the corners of the bathroom. Carpet needs cleaning.
When we arrived at 7:30 PM night the person at the desk DID NOT greet me after I had to buzz to get service or welcome me as a Hilton Honors member. N o conversation what so ever, gave me my key and that was it. She also had a very unprofessional nose ring.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the rooms at this location. I check in online and assume the rooms that they wanted an extra $20 for were clean? The mold/mildew was bad. The 1/2 dead daddy long leg I the tub was bad. The gnats that would randomly fly around, bad. The smell in the corner or the room, urine? This hotel is close to where I needed to be but I wouldn’t stay there again.

READ RECENT REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING! My mistake was just this. Luke warm shower, the WORST Hampton Inn breakfast we’ve ever had, the swimming pool water had high chlorine level that made our eyes feel burn…the water itself is super hard. No matter how much conditioner u use your hair feels like Barbie’s hair. Don’t recommend here especially if u’re Hilton member.

I would give zero stars if I could, drove 14 hours overnight and get to the hotel to find out they have no hot water and haven’t for some time but never bothered to notify us…so now we’re scrambling trying to find a place to stay.

Reserved a room in advance of our long road trip. Family drove all day. We arrived at the hamton inn hotel just before 10pm. They had our reservation but did not have our room. They told us the whole town was booked. They were overbooked. We had to drive 50 miles further down the road and got lucky to find the last room in another hotel.

I appreciated being told that the hot water wasn't working, but I did NOT appreciate being told it would be fixed the next day and the rest of my 5 day stay would be fine. It wasn't. Not being able to take a hot shower has been AWFUL, and the only reason I didn't switch hotels is because of Ms. Elonda and her delicious breakfast.

Over priced and needs lots of work done, broken stuff everywhere, keys don't work good, broken entry door! I will never stay there again!

Couldn't shower at night because no hot water. Cold shower in the morning.
A review a month ago said the same thing. Doesn't sound like an isolated incident.

There's no hot water in the hotel and when I called the front desk to let them know my room had no hot water she said we know there's no hot water in the entire hotel i ask if would be fixed tomorrow said don't know wait on parts. We should of been told when checking in for 2 nights. Will see what happens in the morning but this is definitely not a good look on Hilton member we chose to stay at your hotels in understand something happens but I started reading reviews on this hotel after I talked to front desk and they have been having problems with the hot water for 2 months come on now this isn't right. Maybe I should start reading reviews on all Hilton hotels before staying
