Amazing, clean, and comfortable stay while moving home from a military tour. Picked this location and hotel because of ease of access to the interstate and the hot tub. Called ahead and verified hot tub was working. Arrived and was excited to relax after a long drive and hot tub was drained and being repaired. Amazing stay but the only reason I chose this location was the hot tub so minor let down. Will definitely stay again.

Ripped curtains, cracked bathroom floor, Hot tub out of order, continued noise from exhaust fan in bathroom not shutting ice cold pool when was supposed to be heated.

Back again in early November for a few days. Very impressed with the customer focus and service. We arrived early at the hotel after taking a red eye into Chicago O'Hare! Due to full capacity the previous day, the manager, Tyler M had no king room to give us right away. In fact, there was nothing at all available. People had not yet checked out! But guess what? When his cleaning crew came in, he instructed them to clean a recently available king room first so we could get in & rest from the 3.5-hour drive! He also told us to help ourselves to breakfast. We ate, and after breakfast, our room was ready! Wow! We did get some sleep and were ready to visit family for a birthday celebration. On the last day, the business center computer wouldn't work. We couldn't retrieve our boarding passes. Tyler went the extra mile and found a way to get our passes printed out! Superb customer service! Tyler went beyond exceeding excellent in service. Truly appreciate everything he did for us! Friendly, personable, compassionate, and caring! We thank him wholeheartedly and will be reaching out to him on our next visit! Great role model for Beyond Excellence in Customer Service! I highly recommend staying at this Hampton Inn Hilton Facility in Lincoln and reaching out to Tyler!

I've stayed at other Hamptons and have enjoyed them... I'll be staying here for the first week of October and will update this post after my stay...Update 10-5-23... Checked in on Sunday by Suzy, sweet lady... My room is clean, nice size fridge, room doesn't feel old...I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the thermostat being within reach of the bed... I love sleeping cold, then when the alarm goes off I can turn the heat on and snooze for 15 minutes and wake back up to a comfortable temp to get dressed... I wish ALL hotels had that!!!I'll update more later...Update: checked out today. All went well... No complaints!Nearby activities: Cracker Barrel next door, closes at 10pm...

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, but the carpets and furniture could use a refresh.Rooms: The level of noise in the room was a little higher than I’m used to at other Hampton properties. Can’t really put my finger on it, but it seemed the sounds from the rooms next door and above were louder than other locations.

I CAN recommend, stayed in rm318 on 8-15-23 everything was better than expected. I will stay here again.Noteworthy details: Room was very comfortable, breakfast was very nice, pool was wonderfully relaxing. El Mazatlan restaurant was nice and priced right and recommend by John the concierge.

Hampton inns are the best! Every single one is clean, modern, and actually smells good.The staff has always been friendly and helpful and this place was no exception. They made me feel like they were really glad I was there. And bonus! There is a Cracker Barrel, right next-door!

They charged a 25.00 fee for incidentals which they never put back on my card I was supposed to get a discount which was never received. Be aware and watch you credit card charges as thos hotel.

Returning guests. Staff called after finding keys in our room when cleaning. Not our keys but we did appreciate the thoughtfulness that they called.

Everything about this hotel was great. The customer service was excellent, the room was very clean, the indoor pool and hot tub was clean and very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from.

The good thing about Hampton Inn is that you know what to expect, but when things don't go as expected, it makes it feel even worse. We had booked a handicap room unfortunately we didn't get one. The room was not too clean. Had to move a piece of furniture and found stuff that had to be there for several months. Time for a deep cleaning. When the breakfast buffet runs out of coffee and several of the food items that's not good.
