Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ed made the process hassle free by assisting with paperwork ahead of the test drive. They even brought it inside since it was 7 degrees when we went to see it! In 2hrs I had my new car. Thank you everyone!

Ed , matt and ellen were all so friendly and helpful in everything I needed. The second I stepped into xamis they treated me like royalty. Their prices are the best in town and their staff extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a dozen long stem roses after my purchase I felt like a queen . they still follow up with me to make sure i am happy. I will never go to another dealer!! Especially in Lincoln. Lets just say I was treated not so good at another dealership in town. So Ty xamis you just won a long life customer.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

As always, the good folks at Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln treated me like royalty. Service said it would be a whole day repair but right after lunch I got the call saying we are done. Picked up a clean car that was running like new again. Thank you.

Took car in for sticking b clutch and a visual testing was done motor mounts fixed and car was sent back still broken they fixed a totally unrelated issue and I had to pay 114 for them to VISUALLY diagnose my car after paying 200 to have it towed there. I had another apt scheduled but I chose not to come back for fear of being cheated again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPT

Went in on the weekend to sell a car we’d been working with a salesman during the week for pricing and such. When we arrived they lowered the offer by $3000 claiming damage was more than cosmetic and that we hadn’t disclosed a damaged tire. Took our business to Carmax and got original asking price as well as confirmation that nothing was wrong with our tires. Didn’t like the feeling of deception at Jim’s and won’t be going there in the future for anything.

I recently bought a used Ford truck from Jim Xamis Ford and Lincoln and it was an outstanding experience! The pricing on the truck was exceptional. Ellen Ackerman is an honest and direct salesperson who I would absolutely buy from again. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and done with integrity. When the truck was delivered it was exactly as described and delivered on time. The high ratings for this dealer are well deserved!

Had suspicion on last vehicle service during todays service 8/15/2023 brought vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation after service was done and paid the bill. I went out to my vehicle and noticed they were not changed the service tech and the people at the service desk straight up lied to my face. I spoke to a manager about this. They brought up camera footage and it showed the tech rotating one side but not the other so with that five minute period of me going in and complaining about service. They brought the vehicle back in real quick change the driver side tire swap them out. I went back out there to show the manager and they had swapped it out real quick. He wanted me to show him the marking I made, and they done swapped it the people the service desk which were 50 feet away said he didn’t swap them out, so they lied…. Needless to say, I will not be coming here… very unprofessional not only did the service tech lie, but the three at the service desk lied as well .. I totally get it, that mistakes happen but when it happens twice in a row and get lied to you about it, and I confront them with camera footage… and they still lie to my face is very unprofessional and unacceptable

They need to have Saturday hours for their service center. Most people work and it is hard to either give up time or a vehicle during the work week. Also, being told you need to schedule 3 months out to get your vehicle detailed is unacceptable when the business is closed on the weekends. The reason I purchase vehicles locally is so they can be worked on locally. I now am forced to go to Bloomington to get work done on my vehicle. Unless this changes, I won't buy here again.

The service team did not seem to care to understand the issue with my truck. They just wanted to sell me tires and parts. They never asked about when or what the issue was. Then it took several days to get the parts and instead of putting them on when they arrived I had to wait several days to get an appointment. Even though they had my truck the whole time.

George and Ellen were just amazing. We worked out a deal from 3 hours away. They had the paperwork ready when we got there, car was exactly as expected and in great condition, no pressure for ad ons, great price on the car and my trade.Absolutely a fantastic experience!

Had an appointment for 10 AM for a transmission service. An hour plus later they tell me they are out of transmission fluid. So now they have to pick some up and it will take a couple of hours. This was a scheduled appointment. Their best option was to drive me home, tell me they will call me when it’s done and come and pick me back up.None of that happened except the drop me off at home part!No phone call and no one to pick me up! At 4 PM I called them and they told me my car has been done and it’s waiting for me to pick me up. I told him someone was supposed to pick me up and bring me back to my car. She has no idea and takes my number and tells me someone will be on their way. An hour later and an Uber drive. I show and no idea what happened about the ride and everyone went home already!Most people want some common courtesy from the businesses they deal with. In return you leave a person hanging about their car.
