“Holly, Logan and staff provided excellent service today! My phone wouldn’t hold a charge and they helped as much as they could. They aren’t trained to repair though did provide guidance how to get it repaired. Once repaired, I brought it back so they could reset the eSIM. They provided excellent service!”

“I wish I could remember the guys name that helped me...he was very helpful and even stayed open to help me switch from T Mobile. Explained to him that we own a business and currently had service withT Mobile but really needed a different provider due to drop calls and even not having any service at all in certain areas at times. When I called him he was getting ready to close but stayed open to get me switched to cricket! Very cool! I appreciate it. No more drop calls and I get service every where I've been in Illinois so far! Very pleased!”
