700$ for a tow off the side of the road!!!! But i paid 800 when my vehicle was in a roll over accident!! This place takes advantage of you, then goes back on their word and puts words in your mouth. Then says "i got too many vehicles on my lot, come out and we can work somethen out" the second time he has told me this and then when i get there, theres no negotiation

Robbie was amazing, showed up quick, helped to explain the whole process, let me come to the lot several times to get Stuff out of my truck. Awesome guy!

On Saturday I had an accident in Lincoln, Illinois halfway between Chicago and my destination in St. Louis. RBC was called to tow my car and Robbie was there very quickly. He helped me unload my items from my car and put them into his truck. I had my dog with me as well. Robby took me and my dog to a hotel nearby. He also made arrangements on Sunday for me to collect a few other items I left in the car. The service was fabulous. He was professional, kind, and I would recommend him to anyone. He went well above the call of duty. Thank you, Robby.

Got a flat tire on four hour trip from St. Louis to Chicago and RBC Towing came to the rescue. The guy was on another job and gave an hour ETA but arrived after only 20 minutes. He recommended a nearby tire shop and gave us a ride there. They have new ownership and the service was fast efficient and friendly. I highly recommend.
