Very friendly staff, remember and call you by name after only a few visits. Multiple sizes of safety deposit boxes. This is a full service bank that has a down-home feel. Has a Quick drive thru, and ATM.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I used to joke with the tellers that this bank was like Cheers, the TV show, because they always called me by my name. One teller quipped, "yes, it's like Cheers without the beers." Today, the bank manager helped me in and out: I was recently hospitalized for two weeks, I'm going through physical therapy and I have trouble walking. I had to cancel my debit card so I needed cash til I get my new card. I'm glad Regions Bank alerted me that someone tried to use my card fraudulently. Regions gets five stars from me!

Cory Evans, Branch Manager, Lincoln, Illinois, has helped us on numerous occasions. My husband's account was hacked recently and Cory took extra time and went above and beyond to make a smooth transition to a new account. We originally met Cory when he was the branch manager in Urbana Illinois and he's now doing a great job in Lincoln! Thanks Cory!

Great customer service and the cash checking service is nice even tho it's kinda expensive at times

The employees are pleasant and helpful. My frustration is that I am not able to call the bank to ask a simple question. It is a computer voice giving menu options. You need an option of: if you need to speak to a real person press whatever number you want to assign. Ridiculous. I gave up, I'll find an answer somewhere else.
