“After sitting in the mud on a flooded road for twenty minutes panicking, I called RBC and was pleasantly surprised to find an extremely helpful person on the other end that listened to me explain my situation and confirmed exactly where I was. He estimated 15 minutes, and almost exactly 15 minutes later, Robbie pulled up to my precarious position in the tow truck.

It’s the first time I’ve ever had to call a tow, so I didn’t know what to do or expect, but Robbie walked me through each step and what to do. He was able to tow my vehicle safely back out of the mud pit I’d found myself in, and he was very polite and friendly the entire time. The price was exceptionally reasonable, especially given it was a nearly-midnight towing job, and I’m just thrilled with the service!
