Kaitlyn and Julia were amazing employees. Amazing customer service. Very helpful and very friendly. All I can say is management is very sketchy and shouldn’t be trusted. And the customer isn’t always right. Never going back to this location again.

I changed my review. The employees that helped me were good but management does not make good decisions. The customer is not always right. I drove 40 mins out of my way for the two employees that helped me. 0/10 will not be coming back here again. I’d just go to a corporate Verizon if you want things done.

Kaitlyn and Julia are the best!! I came in for a screen protector because I had cracked my screen and didn't want it to spread. Instead, the informed me of a new promotion and I left with a brand new phone, phone case and screen protector for only $70!! It was a very painless and smooth process. I was in and out in under an hour. Excellent knowledge and customer service!!! Highly recommend!!!
