Of I could give this place a negative review I would.
Not only did tech break one of my natural nails, I was charged for them to fix it, and my nails were crooked, and they look hideous.
I now have to pay for someone else to fix this mess.
Don't ever go to this place is your vault your nails and your hard earned money

In Lincoln from Nashville and was trying to find a place to have my nails done. I wasn’t sure about which salon to go to in a small town, but this was just perfect. They got me in right away and the attention to detail on my nails and toes were fantastic!

Horrible job on my nails and feet left with my feet worse then they was && very rude do not go here if u want ur stufff to last and my foot got infected!!!!!

I went to get manicure and pedicure and waxing . So as she was working on me some clients came in and she told her five minutes. So when she got done she was like can you wait five minutes. I’m like but I came here first , but because I needed the services I said ok. So I go upfront and she’s like can u wait for one hour. . Communication was pathetic and asking me to wait when she said she had time that was wrong. I’m not going there again and it’s only that they don’t have 0 on here. Would have left it at 0.

Came in for a fill and a guy with black hair did mine. I had my wallet, phone and keys sitting on my lap between my legs and the guy reached over the counter and grabbed them and put them on the station. I thought he was being nice even though it was weird so I let it go. Then It was time to rinse my nails and I went to grab my stuff so he couldn’t touch it again and he proceeded to grab my wrist trying to stop me from picking it up and I hurried up grabbed it and gave it to my boyfriend in the lobby. Sat back down and the guy picked the wrong shade of color so I said that was fine, I liked the color anyways and he grabbed my hand and started rubbing it and I had to yank my hand away. At that point I called for my boyfriend paid and left. I don’t know why I didn’t leave sooner, I was just scared. Nobody should have to go through what I did, it was aggressive and scary. Won’t be coming back.

Horrible experience my daughter got her nails done for graduation with a friend . They messed them up. They looked horrible thick polish all over her hands clumps of acrylic underneath she obviously is a child didn’t speak up when she didn’t like them and paid for them not knowing any better so when she got home she showed me obviously next day took her back the service we received was absolutely horrible she was obviously mad being so rough and trying to just cover the gold polish with silver, which did not work so when I said something, she got even more mad started talking crap refused to finish said we would have to wait she’s done with us and to move from her table and again, Told us we would be waiting for the third time definitely do NOT recommend ohhhh also charged her 45 dollars for a regular pedicure when it should have been 35 when I asked why was told it was because she didn’t get the whole toe nail painted she got French tip ??♀️ NEVER Will we be back and if it was an option I’d be getting my money back and going elsewhere to get them fixed should’ve taken a before picture, but forgot I was so mad so here’s when they attempted to fix them smh the gold was not supposed to be there it was supposed to be silver and you obviously see gold
Stylist: Not Niki but the only other female that works there horrible rude rough disrespectful when she had to fix what she messed up

I stopped in before vacation to get my nails done. They were able to get to me after only waiting 10 minutes (walk in). I showed her my reference picture. She did fantastic with the pedicure, and when I requested a gel manicure she recommended I get dip instead so they last longer. The first picture is the day of, and the second is after a week vacation. They held up great, were exactly what I asked for, and they survived me being very rough on them. Easy 5 star review and I will definitely go back again.

I’m bubbly and speak to everyone. However, they’re Not friendly at all, didn’t speak when I spoke to all three of them but a random customer answered me instead and they show really really bad hygiene practices, besides their lack of conversation and customer service. They tried to use a USED cardboard file on my toes and got mad when I asked them to switch them out. Also, not the greatest at caring for natural nails and not great at applying polish which is kind of basic, yet, important lol! Also, they made me wait almost 15 minutes in between getting my nails done after I got a basic pedicure. These people are beyond rude and incompetent. At least, they were to me. This was my first time ever being here. Bad impression. Just saying. Never coming back.
